There pregnancy department is sooo slow!!!!!!!!! Idk if it’s short staffed but it literally takes an hour. An HOUR from when you arrive to your appointment. I honestly think they just don’t coordinate appropriately at all

I had a dentist appointment. Was seen right away as last minute walk in. Wendy made me laugh and was cracking jokes. Dr. Love and Wendy made me feel right at home. I would recommend them and for sure to come back.

If your Mexican, fine, if your not, good luck.

I waited two weeks for an appointment just to get a long-time prescription refilled. After waiting for over an hour for Dr. Kaden Willie to reach out to me for my telephone appointment, I called his office. The condescending receptionist, Cynthia, blatantly LIED to me and told me they attempted to contact me 3 times. They never reached out to me once, and then canceled my appointment. This clinic should NOT be state funded as they do not put the health of their patients first. I would NOT recommend this clinic or Dr. Kaden Willie to anyone needing anything health-related.

My appointment with Cindi Hendrick NP was scheduled at 1pm but she didn’t see me until 150pm. She has been with True care since 2019. I went in to get a test for diabetes and I told her I was fasting and that I wanted blood work to check for other things that can only get done if blood is drawn. However, she ordered an A1C. I opened the door and followed her to her desk and informed her that I needed the blood work done. She said oh yes, I forgot. She got annoyed that I followed her to her desk, so she wasn’t even looking at me when I was talking to her. She was not listening to me in the room when I told her I came fasting because she said I thought you didn’t come fasting? Therefore, I responded, I did come fasting I told you. She just repeated you can come back another day for a physical.She was in a hurry to attend other patients and was clearly annoyed and stressed out.All she had to do was tell her assistant to order the blood work for me and I could have gotten it done at a Quest Lab location. I have done this in the past. However, she didn’t want to listen. She I not aware that she can order the blood work and I can get it done at a Quest lab.

Horrible service and lack of professionalism. Stay away from this place !! If you care about your physical and mental health don't go there you will regret it! They are extremely negligent! Also you have to wait like a year to get seen! This place needs to shut down !

Impossible to make dental appointment. I have left several messages but no response. I left message to dental appointment manager, she never called me back.Providers are good, but the front desk need education.If this place is getting public funds it should be defunded and shut down since they are not working for the community.

The doctor begged me to get a vaccine. A vaccine for a disease I did not have.My left arm is now dead. They recommended physical therapy. I recommend calling a Lawyer. Negligent and Incompetent , I personally Thank Alicia Macias for destroying my life.Truecare gave me SIRVAUpdated They had me wait by my phone for 3 days and never called. Call center is a mess they just keep hanging up and transferring to the wrong department. 4-6 weeks just to get the lot # of the vaccine they gave me.Do not go here.

Incredibly long waitlist with medical staff overbooked. I scheduled an appointment for august and got pushed back to December. If you get unfortunately rescheduled, you’re looking at another month of waiting. At this point, you may want to reconsider other options since your likelihood is diminished.
