The ladies here are the best! Jihan was the first lady I meet and worked with me (so sweet and so beautiful). Karyn (also beautiful), was funny and also sweet (we laughed a lot). Both ladies are sincere, compassionate and very informative. I've been getting semaglutide shots for about 6 months and in total I'm down 25 pounds. I was trying this during the holidays and hadn't committed to eating right and working out but these last two months I've done just that and last month lost 9 pounds. Praying these knees and hip feel better from the weight loss. They start you at the lowest dose and slowly increase the amount to the max which I just received last Monday. If you need help and information that will help you make a decision about a weight loss medication please try Destination Medical Spa in San Marcos. Thank you ladies

Whoever schedules things does not charge for units of botox she wants 650 dollars for a forehead. You should run away said a lip flip was 50 dollars. It doesn't make sense, so therefore its untrustworthy.

I've been coming to Destinations for the past year. I started with a botox and later filler, now I have also began semiglutide. I've lost 25 pounds. I am 48 and feel like 38. The overall experience has been wonderful, no pressure sales. and they don't over do anything. Everything they recommend has been helpful and within my budget. The ladies who work here are all very kind and open to actually answering questions. At the end of the day I want to help myself feel healthy and look my best, and Destinations has really helped me gain back more self confidence. So worth it.

I have been to Destinations Medical Spa through their mobile services at the Blue Life Wellness location. The staff are informative, kind, fun, and knowledgeable. Jihan is simply amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to look and feel their best!
