I don’t like these place because you come on time to your appointment and they make you wait for more than 45 minutes. They take late appointments in front of you, not fair for us.

I’ve been bringing my two boys to Smile Builders for over 7years, and this has never happened before. We waited over an hour while people who came in after us were seen first, and the receptionist could have communicated delays better. Thankfully, Ms.Elizabeth completely turned the experience around with her kindness, professionalism, and amazing customer service. You can tell she truly cares about the kids and takes the time to help teach them how to properly floss and clean their teeth. She went above and beyond, and employees like her deserve recognition. Thank you, Ms.Elizabeth!

My sons been going here since he was 2, he’s 7 now. We’ve had a good experience and everyone has been nice. Unfortunately we will not be going back for the reasons that they will not see us until we allow them to take X-rays, even though there is no medical reason or emergency. Its their policy for routine “preventative” maintenance. Exposure to radiation for routine maintenance sounds extreme and more of a cash grab. Other then that they where fine, and if you don mind having them take X-rays of your child for routine maintaining then I recommend this dentist.
