We love Dr Neves. She has been our pediatrician for all four years of our daughter's life. Dr Neves always makes the time to really talk to our daughter and us, and make sure all our concerns and questions are thoroughly discussed. The doctor has kids of her own and it shows in the way her guidance is both medical AND practical/realistic. We ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND her.

I have never felt so condescended and looked down upon by front office staff. Good luck getting any eye contact or real help from the girl at the front desk. We took our son there for an eval and it took two weeks to get a call back on a plan for treatment. Fast forward to today....while I was on the phone, in the office, with the state of CA to get my daughter's number for her appointment (since they still have yet to send a BIC card) they refused her appointment until I had that information... even though my son had already been seen by Dr. Neves. Yeah, I am LIVID!!! Don't worry Cal Pedi....we won't darken your doors again since payment is FIRST and FOREMOST at your practice and not the patient. I have been a Paramedic for many years and have never seen a patient or parent of a patient be treated this way. You could have easily taken her back while I waited for an operator to get on the phone or even allowed me to call you this afternoon with the information....NOPE....won't be back

Dr. Neves is the BEST Pediatrician I have yet come in contact with. She is extremely patient, thorough, kind, warm, friendly, and has put in the effort to connect with each individual in my family. She goes above and beyond and I feel so grateful to have found her to be the pediatrician for my 3 daughters. She has made every visit a good one. As a regularly concerned mother, Dr. Neves has been my medical support group always reassuring me I am doing things right as a mother. Best Dr Ever!
