I work for the San Mateo Office. I have been working in health care for 11 years and am a CNA.1) Both Sophia and Rose go out of their way to be supportive and empathetic. They are organized, professional, supportive of all rules and regulations, and truly care about what they do. I have never worked for such a caring staff. Their Clients are their number one priority.2) As an employee- if you are not working for this company- YOU SHOULD BE! Wages, hours, and benefits are better than any other Home Health Company.3) The Clients through Alegra are exceptional families. I have met some of the kindest and considerate people. I feel truly blessed.4) If you are considering being a Client - I highly recommend this company. Employees go through strict regulations to work for this company. Employees are hired because of their skills, experience, empathy, background checks, and education. You can always feel safe and secure with one of their employees. Employees are constantly informed of new regulations and current trainings and education.Lastly- I did not have to write this review, but I feel that people need myhonesty and respect for the truth. There are a lot of Home Health Companies in the area, but not all this exceptional.

Excellent Caregivers. As a Care Manager, I am impressed with how quickly your caregivers were able to bond with my client. She has been fearful of most people, not allowing them in to her home. Your staff treated my client with kindness and compassion. Your office staff are quick to confirm schedules and now we have a great team in place able to keep my client safe in her home. Thank you.

Charles E. Symes, II, the Founder/CEO of Alegre Home Care is such a caring and amazing man. Charles has a carefully chosen staff that are all wonderful, caring people. They came to our rescue and my family and I are forever grateful. All caregivers are amazing and take such wonderful care of our mother. Alegre staff members are always kind, professional and attentive. You can't go wrong calling Alegre Home Care for your loved ones care.
