I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Dr. Li at this clinic. After spending thousands of dollars at various med spas on treatments like microneedling (with little to no results), I finally decided to try something new -- TCA CROSS, targeting a specific area on my face. I was honestly skeptical at first, but even after just ONE session with Dr. Li, I've already seen a significant improvement in such a short amount of time. I'm truly amazed. Dr. Li is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also patient, approachable, and actually pretty funny -- which made the entire experience feel more comfortable and reassuring. I'm genuinely excited for my next treatment and so thankful I found someone who knows what they're doing. Highly recommend him if you're serious about results and tired of wasting time and money on treatments that don't work!
After 15 + years of being a patient at the California Skin Institute-first with Dr. Webb then Dr. Wolf, I can no longer recommend this practice. In short, I developed a very disturbing and fast spreading symptom that definitely required medical attention. After leaving messages (on a Friday morning and again on Monday morning and afternoon) (both through the front desk staff and on Dr. Wolf's message system) explaining the symptoms and my distress - NO ONE called back until 5 days after my first call! Meanwhile as the condition worsened I had to go to Urgent Care, where I was told I needed to get on antibiotics asap and the doc there definitely said I needed to see my dermatologist to be sure I was on the right treatment. I eventually called another dermatology practice, and even though they had never seen me before, once I described my symptoms they squeezed me in to see a doctor asap. Thank goodness they did!! I would never trust the California Skin Institute practice again - when I needed them they were not there for me. Shameful.
Very professional staff. On time for appointment. Dr. Susan Wolf is excellent in everyway. Took care of me as usual I appreciate her.
Great visit and experience with Dr. Susan Wolf and her team.
EVERYONE at this office is xcellent!! What a pleasure to go there!!
Excellent facility with highly trained physicians.
Right on time. Thorough pleasant
Omg. The worst experience in my life. The worst front desk you can imagine. After the first appointment I could not make the next one. They dont answer. They dont even bother to call you back.
Great staff, I had a wart removal on my hand with liquid nitrogen. Remember to eat something because the pain and temperature can shock you and make you pass out like I did! The staff took care of me and it was no big deal and most importantly my warts are now gone!
Excellent medical care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
