Originally a scheduling issue made me update and judge this place before I could even experience it, but they immediately reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. I was very impressed with the way the issue was handled and resolved. Would recommend and I'll be back.

I've been coming to Cosmetica for several treatments now and have consistently had a great experience with Dr. Chaychi and her team of nurses. Everyone is warm, professional and truly invested in delivering the best results. I've received Tox, Nouvaderm laser and Emsculpt treatments and have been so happy with the outcome every time. The providers take the time to educate, customize and make you feel completely at ease throughout the process. Making appointments is easy and the business is always responsive and accommodating. Whether it's a question about treatment or a scheduling request, they get back to you quickly and kindly. I always feel taken care of here. Highly recommend Cosmetica

Unfortunately I can't speak to the service that I was expecting to get at my appt today, because I didn't get it! I arrived on time for my appt this morning at 1030am, was asked to sit and wait. At 10:50 I asked the receptionist if there was an ETA and was informed the practitioner was a "no-show" and not responding to text messages. If unprompted by me, I'm not sure how long I'd be waiting until the front desk would have informed me of this? Commuting 35 min from San Francisco in the middle of my workday, paying for metered parking, and ultimately my valuable time for nothing, is disappointing and incredibly unprofessional. If I had to put a value on my time based on my annualized comp, I wasted almost $400 worth of 1.5hrs of my work day slated for this appt that never happened. There was no apology, just a quick rebook and that's it? Do better, Cosmetica.
