List of Kimberly Dalal's Reviews
7 months ago Dr. Dalal diagnosed me with at least one non malignant tumor in the head of my pancreas. A Whipple procedure was immediately recommended. Further, the procedure was recommended at the unanimous vote of the Sutter pancreas staff. The woman who called me with the news informed me that a Whipple was the only to go since the chance of the tumors changing to cancer were at least 30%.Calling for a second opinion. I contacted the single most, and highly regarded Whipple surgeon in the world. After reviewing the films and biopsy, this doctor strongly recommended that I NOT have the procedure, and that the chance of cancer from these tumors turning to cancer (in my lifetime) were under 3%.After I was able to arrange a consultation between the two surgeons, the obvious conclusion was to not have the procedure. Regardless, Dr. Delal, did all she could to cover up her mistake. Her bedside manner and willingness to be forthright and honest was embarrassing and demonstrated the absolute worst in doctor integrity. In our very first visit Dr. Dalal made it a point to state that she would be my doctor for life, forever following up on my progress. Since bringing in a second opinion, Dr. Delal has done all she can to avoid me, and shows absolutely no interest in my case or well being. I have endured brain surgery (AVM), two colostomy surgeries, and 3 leg tumor surgeries when I was young. At 68 years old, I have never encountered a less caring, more cover-my-ass, more (possibly) incompetent surgeon in my life.
Complete waste of time
These nurses rock I went in for a procedure this week and these nurses were with me 1000 % next to me never left my side I.totally grateful for them words
Kinda rude to me but they did a good job with my tooth maybe idk I’m not a doctor.
Always the same
The Ed nurse has control issues you have to have a conversation with a supervisor for any reasonable result and the outcome is all you were looking for to begin with all of her power tripping and drama was unnecessary
I’m currently having the worst experience with this hospital. The staff has been unprofessional, one of the nurses actually hung up on me when I called. As a parent who’s daughter has been admitted for several days I at one point was told she wasn’t there. The communication is horrible. I currently don’t know if my daughter is safe or has other needs. I’m very dissatisfied with their lack of support, I’ve never had this happen before.
Emergency Room visit started with a friendly a thorough intake. Then saw an intake nurse who was also friendly and obtained my information, blood pressure, temp... Taken to a private room, reviewed symptoms with nurse. Nurse was very friendly and took blood for lab. Readied me for doctor. Then Doctor came got to the bottome. Explained the plan including some tests to be done on premise. Left awaiting tests, got prescription filled on site. Everybody, even the security guard was friendly, courteous and skilled at their job. Very grateful! This is a county hospital and shows its age but clean and for me prrfect!
Getting close to a Lawsuit - Inept !!!
Bad customer service every time we call regarding appointment .putting us on hold and end our call Giving me attitude instead of helping . This medical Center need more people has patience and good Employee. Not hiring employees without educating themself and not respectful. Its more dangerous than sick people.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
