I have been to multiple laser hair treatment centers before coming here. None of the places I went to were able to reduce my hair growth like Dr. LIn. She did a wonderful job. She is very honest and friendly and she and her staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond. I had a wonderful experience here and felt very comfortable. I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend. Such a wonder experience!

Bad service when I called to ask about the price they were bad

Cannot speak to their clinical experience, I would never support the business after the super rude encounter I had with whoever was working there after 5pm on a random Tuesday. Their lot was beyond empty and some woman pops out very unkindly telling me I can’t park there 🙄 The lot is empty and it’s after most business hours, that level of hostility seems unhelpful and unnecessary. There is not signage on half the spots in the lot “restricting” to “their” clientele. Would not support them if this is how they treat humans.

I visited Dr. Lin to get advice on a brown spot I've had on my face for years. She explained what it was and offered to get rid of it right then and there. The procedure went smoothly and painlessly and she sent me home with some ointment and band-aids. I was in an out in 30 minutes, terrific and speedy service.

Dr. Susan Lin was a very delightful and knowledgable doctor! She's also very efficient when identifying underlying skin issues and provided me detailed skin improvement plans. Cassandra - the staff there is very responsive and lovely person. Overall, always a great experience going there and I trust them a lot

Love coming here! Visited Dr. Lin for Dysport/Botox, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, Cassandra is wonderful, the entire experience felt professional yet welcoming. Dr. Lin took the time to understand my goals and explained the process thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and informed. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. They over sold me their products. After I made the purchase they told me they would be checking in along my journey. I have not heard from them since. Do not go here because they just want to get your money and run with it.

Dr. Lin and Cassandra are a powerhouse duo! I have had two visits so far to treat unwanted hair and very happy with progress being made. Dr. Lin is extremely knowledgeable and I know I am in the best hands with her.

Age spots are starting to stubbornly show so I need a trusted dermatologist with a stellar reputation to help me get rid of them. Dr. Lin and Cassandra are an unbeatable tandem. I don't need to ask further questions, because they explained in so much detail what I would be expecting. It's not even a month since my first visit, but I feel like wanting to get another treatment right away. I have seen more than 60% improvement on my face. Dr. Lin gave me options, but did not feel that she was running a business. I felt her energy that she loves what she is doing, and she really cares.
