No Filter Brazilian Medspa's Online Review Report Card

I came here for hip dip filler and was promised visible results. I was offered a package, and when I asked how much hyaluronic acid it included, I was told they’d use “as much as needed” instead of giving me an actual number. Halfway through the process, I wasn’t seeing any noticeable results, so I reached out to one of the owners to ask about possibly stopping the treatment and saving the rest of the money I had already paid in advance. She dismissed my concerns and told me to speak to the provider, as if it wasn’t her responsibility. The provider reassured me again that they’d use as much product as needed, but they clearly didn’t. I also didn’t like having to keep asking how much product was being used each session. Toward the end, they even started talking about how expensive the product was, which made me feel almost guilty for using what I’d already paid for. Honestly, I would’ve never spent that kind of money if I knew the results would be so minimal. At this point, I feel like any slight improvement is more from my own workouts than from the actual treatment, which is really disappointing after spending thousands of dollars.

I came here for lymphatic and reposturing with buccal massage to naturally alleviate some facial tension. Natalie was amazing and I will be coming back. I highly recommend!

The space is clean, modern, and has a calming vibe that immediately puts you in relaxation mode. Shanice is not only incredibly skilled, but she genuinely listens to what you want and gives honest, professional feedback. I went in for Botox and she walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable. What I love most is Shanice's approach. She's kind, knowledgeable, and never pushy. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants them to look and feel their best. I've already done two treatments and I'm on my way to my third. I drive quite a distance just to be treated at No Filter because it's truly different from any other aesthetic clinic I've been to in the Bay Area. Here, you always feel welcomed, seen, and cared for and you leave feeling absolutely amazing. I always make sure to enjoy my cup of delicious Brazilian tea at the end and there are always healthy little treats available for us too, such a thoughtful touch. So far, I've done the Emsculpt Neo and lymphatic drainage and I always leave feeling lighter, more confident, and totally refreshed. You can feel the love and intention behind every detail, from the beautiful space to the way each treatment is done with so much care. It's not just about aesthetics. It's about feeling good from the inside out. I'm so grateful I found this place. No Filter is a gem!

I absolutely love No Filter Spa! I’ve done lymphatic drainage, facial massages, facials, and Aerolase treatments with them—and every experience has been amazing. The results are real, and I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing. One of the best things about this spa is that they offer a variety of authentic Brazilian treatments —and honestly, Brazilian treatments are the best! The entire team is wonderful: the nurses, massage therapists, and estheticians are all professional, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making you feel your best. I'm puzzled why different pricing amounts for a service? I don't like that because I should not have to pay a higher cost based on who providing me the service. This is not the case at other med spas. This is ridiculous and a turn off to me as a potential customer. Feels like I'm being bamboozled and gives the impression that I may not receive the best service if I don't select the service provider who charges a higher rate.
