We’re lucky to find this clinic! Dr. Yang has been extraordinary. She’s thorough, efficient, very patient, and amazingly responsive with our questions. It’s worth calling out that the communication has been super clear and informative. Dr. Yang is very good at explaining complex concepts in simple yet accurate language. I wish I were as good in communicating on my job. We’ve met other folks at the clinic too and they are all fantastic.

My kid comes over here and they are amazing.
Staff here are wonderful all around and Dr. Jindal is the best! We love her - she listens to all our worries, relates to us, and makes us feel assured and confident as new parents. The on call service is there after hours when you need them too.
Wow! Totally blown away with our experience with Dr. Ambreen Syed! I can't remember EVER having such a positive experience at doctors office in my life, let alone my son's. She answered all the questions we had, we never felt rushed. Phenomenal doctor! Sooo glad we found her!
I've been been here twice since moving to the area and each time has been an amazing experience. They stick to appointment times and the place is kept clean and organized. The staff is great and they treat my kids with respect. They actually listen to them, even when my five year old says something completely off topic. My kids used to be afraid of the doctors. Not anymore! Amazing place with even more amazing people!
We are new to the area and need new PCP for our children. My daughter saw Dr. Jindal. She was wonderful! She listened to our history and communicated to my daughter in a very caring and supportive way. She gave us health suggestions and explained the best way to get health support in the future- during and after business hours. My son saw Dr. Hart-Cooper. He was also amazing. Once again great communicator. He listened to concerns and offered great suggestions and referrals. I left feeling grateful for have these two new doctors for my children.
My three sons have been patients of Dr Vanita Jindal for the past three years, and we have nothing but praise for her. I am a physician myself and hence not the easiest patient-parent to have, but I have always been impressed by her knowledge, bedside manor, and communication with us as parents.
We should have read the yelp reviews before taking our daughter to these rude folks. What a mistake! This morning my daughter has a slight fever. I called early in the morning to encounter a rude nurse. On top of the medical expertise, isn't this a service business? You can't be curt and rude to the clients - especially those concerned about their infants/toddlers well being. This nurse needs to go work at DMV to match her personality. Then I called the office to be answered by Gina - the rude front desk receptionist who pretends to be a doctor. I said my daughter has 100.3 fever and she replied with - "She needs to have a 100.4 fever in order to come in" LOL - you can't make this stuff up. We have found some of the staff to be quite capable. Dr. Zivitz has been great. So there are some good people here. They just need to get rid of the bad apples. In conclusion, this type of antagonistic culture at their facility will lead to bad care for your children. Please find another doctor's office to ensure better care for your children.
Both my daughters have PCPs here for over 4 years and if I wasn't a busy working mom I'd find other alternatives. 1. The front office staff is almost draconian about implementing their schedule for patients (ie you need to turn up 15 mins in advance of your appointment and cannot be a minute late) but the doctors themselves are often running 20-30 mins behind. As a result their waiting room is always busy with patients who are on time and waiting for the delayed doctors 2. The nurses are unapologetically rude. Today for my daughters 18 month old's wellness visit my daughter was having her weight measured - standing on the weighing scale with me next to her along with the nurse assistant. Just then another nurse assistant arrived with her child patient to be weighed and she seemed to be in a hurry to get her patient weighed because she directly picked up my daughter and put her on the floor without asking me to do so or asking me for permission to pick up my daughter or even giving my toddler a warning that she'd be picking her up. My daughter burst into a fit of tears on being picked up by a stranger out of the blue and I was initially shocked and then appalled that anyone would be so unprofessional 3. They constantly try to palm you off to be seen by an Certified nurse practitioner rather one of their MDs. Sometimes I just want a doctor's opinion since my Health plan covers it, so it's a bit annoying that they try to do so I am sort of stuck with them because they are 2Mins drive from my house - luckily my breast fed girls haven't fallen ill much so our visits are confined to the wellness visits.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
