I love this doctor -- she is wonderfully easy to work with and she really listens to me -- she really cares. She covers all the things that are important and doesn't rush me through our visit. When I leave her office visit, I know she has covered all the important things that I needed to cover with her and then some. San Mateo Medical Center is a wonderful facility. If you need to have lab work done, the lab is right there in the hospital and available with little to no waiting (a big deal for me, having had to deal with outside labs that kept me waiting for hours and sometimes had not received the blood work order from my doctor, but since I couldn't reach them by phone, I had to go through all that only to find out they were not prepared for my visit. The whole set up at San Mateo Medical Center is such a gift and it was such a gift to find them (another doctor had suggested the Ron Robinson Center for older persons at the San Mateo Medical Center to me or I wouldn't have even known about them.). Everyone I have come across at this facility is so wonderfully kind and smart. Thank you, thank you all!

Dr. Joseph is a geriatric specialist who has been following my elderly parent for 6 months at the Ron Robinson senior care center. We have been exceptionally pleased with the kind and professional care received thus far.
