This was my first and last time visiting this urgent care. Usually when a doctor is running behind a staff member will notify you, but that was not the case for me. I understand it was only one doctor on staff that day, but communication is important. I went for a cough, runny nose, and upper back pain. Mind you, I’m prone to pneumonia; especially, since I have lupus. The doctor came in with her nails filthy; sanitized her hands and proceeded to listen to my lungs. She said she heard some rattling at the lower part of my lungs and ordered me a steroid inhaler; no X-ray. I called the office back today and requested to have antibiotics called in in my behalf. The lady who answered the phone had an attitude for what ever reason-NOT OK! Healthcare is not what it use to be. Now, I’m wait for my primary to order me some medicine.

I was waiting for a response from Sutter Health to their internal survey until posting here, but immediately they sent me a request to post my review on Google. Because I had a recurrence of shingles that I originally got from a Covid Pfizer vaccine, I wasn't allowed into the facility. I was ordered to wait outside, where there was a metal bench to sit on. This was told to me by the receptionist as "Based on your symptoms." There was no symptoms noted in my record. It was entered in my record "recurrence of shingles," period. It was well noted in my chart, and was iatrogenic. To be banished to the parking lot was inexcusable. The principles of Sutter Health were lacking here.

Dr Jeanine Rigal Gore and Nurse Katherine were amazing. Check in was seamless, I was seen right away. Everyone was kind and supportive. Dr Gore is the G.O.A.T! Cannot thank her enough for how she handled my case - directly, supportively, compassionately, and even took time to find me a pillow and give me life advice!

I showed up twenty minutes early for my appointment. They got me in early. I was so pleased. The receptionist, nurses and doctor were wonderful. I walked out with a treatment plan and medications. I was very happy with the service. Thanks

It was a 100% positive experience from the first phone call to set up an appointment until I had completed my visit. The facility is very clean, calm, and all employees were professional and curteous.

You need an appointment for this location. I called and was able to been seen within two hours on Saturday morning. When I arrived I was immediately taken in. The staff were very professional. The doctor got me the help I needed. She recognized that I had a serious problem. I’m glad I went there.
