The doctors bedside manner needs work along with lack of communication before preceding with her diagnostic procedure. Her sudden grip on my injured calf muscle had me hit the wall. Zero warning, there was no empathy or warmth from this doctor.

Dr. Patricia Zheng is everything I could hope for in an orthopedic spine specialist. She is conservative and thorough. Dr. Zheng is always, and surprisingly, so, up on my medical records, including those not related to the orthopedic issues. I highly recommend her approach, knowledge and courtesy.

My visit with Dr Chen & Dr Stevens was everything you could ever hope for when discussing a difficult personal situation.Thorough, comprehensive and compassionate. I know they had my best interest at the top of their list. Thank you to the UCSF orthopedic support staff as well.
