This "doctor" is a nightmare. Seriously psychologically unwell. I would not bring my children within a mile of this unstable woman.

Dr Herzberg, is awesome with all three of my grand kids, she has helped with the problems with my kids that no other Dr was able to help with. Thanks Dr Herzberg we LOVE YOU!!!

Dr. Herzberg doesn't have a very good bedside manner. She came off very patronizing instead of kind. I wish she would have explained to my daughter what she was going to do before jumping into the exam. My daughter developed an anxiety around all doctors because of how she was treated by this doctor.

Has a reputation as the poorest in Paso. Should not be allowed to be around children. It's obvious that she does not enjoy her job or children. Extremely unprofessional. My childs experience will be reported to authorities as child abuse. She should not be practicing medicine.

dr herzberg undermines my legitimate concerns as a parent. Each visit I have felt underminded and belittled. She doesn't offer parent education and has a know-it all attitude. She is great with kids but not great with parents. She is always in a hurry and has smart alec remarks that hurt my feelings. I will be looking for another doctor.

what i like about her is that she has a very comical attitude. I seen her at the store one day with her kid and I saw that she carries the same attitude. She talks really fast to so you have to really pay attention when she is giving instructions on something.

Very likeable. Quick to pick up on issues, makes good impression on her patients and their parents. High energy / activity level. Automated answering service at her office could use improvement. Significant hold times.
