Hello Y'all! I just wanted to pop in and give my 2 cents. I was referred by my neighbor...I had been going to a corporate type dental clinic that just sees their patients as numbers or dollar signs. That is absolutely not the case here. From the first visit, they made me feel welcome and secure in knowing that they knew what they were doing. I came in for a full set of dentures and I had multiple appointments for all of the measurements, color, fittings, etc. They did not rush the process at all. The Dr. listened to my concerns and made adjustments accordingly. She has been awesome throughout the whole process. Other than a couple of delays that were completely out of their control, everything has been perfect! I received the full set as of this morning! It's going to take a couple of appointments to make minor adjustments but that's standard. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and standards at this office! Highly recommend!

Please do yourself a favor a pick a different dentist. Terrible experience. I called in to make an appointment for my son as he had not been to the dentist in a while. They gave me an appointment and I arranged my work schedule to take him in. In the meantime my son had fell and hit his tooth, we had an appointment anyways in that week so I knew he would get it checked out. Arrived there 15 minutes before the appointment. Took an hour before they brought us to the back. All they did was look at the tooth and said yeah it's going to fall off on its own. Now here it's where it gets frustrating. The dentist mumbled something to herself and then I asked if his tooth was fine and she said that's what I just said. So rude. Anyways then she tells her assistant to schedule another appointment to which I said wait, you're not going to do anything today? And she said no, can't you see how many patients I have? We squeezed you in, if you want work done the appointment won't be for a while, I said the receptionist didn't say this when I made the appointment. I was very angered. My son is also in the spectrum and requires special needs. I told her more than likely he will need to be referred to a specialist for kids and she said your son is almost 7 he should know how to behave. At this point I was done with this place. We walked out. Very unprofessional and rude. You are not the only dentist out there, we will gladly go to someone who is capable.

This place is a shady third world country...stay away!!This lady wasn't even willing to share information about the treatment she was suggesting for me with my periodontist. I've never heard of any medical provider, whether dental or physical, get so defensive about the fact that I wanted to sign a release of info for my perio to be kept in the loop with her treatment plan for me....shady as can be. I do have to thank her for reminding me why I choose to pay out of pocket for my real dentist in South Pasadena. I thought I'd try going through the insurance my job provides...big mistake!!

Terribly rude, condescending, arrogant and sneaky with their processes. They tell you one thing and then try to pull the old switcharoo. Avoid the stress and go elsewhere.

Unfortunately this Dentists staff could not even provide the insurance co with the code in which they were charging us for after insisting the insurance company considered it cosmetic and insisted the proceedure had not been done. We have a receipt showing the procedure as being done and what they charged, which was in access of 230.00. The insurance co said something shady is going on here and I've contacted the Dr. for a reimbursement for over payment. If they can't even supply the insurance co with the codes their charging from and insist a procedure is cosmetic, when insurance says it's not, yea, I'd say their shady, if not crooks. Beware, or prepared to fight their sneaky overcharging.

Dr R. Johnson is the greatest, her and her staff are excellent they always make you feel comfortable and everything is being done for your convenience and your ability. I highly recommend her services.she is always willing to work with you.

Dr. Johnson has always been kind and courteous toward me and my family. She has dainty, fairy hands and I barely feel when she is working in my mouth. She is straightforward. In regards to the staff, Adrienne comes across gruff but she is very kind. She is stern and a matter of fact but that is needed in her line of work. She deals with billing etc so needs to be very stern. However, she is very nice to the point of even offering to watch my little infant while I had my appointment (it was a slow day).Charging for dental records is standard. This office ONLY charges $20 per patient. I have between to other places that charge $50 or $100.

Not sure what the other person was talking about. The staff has always been friendly when I visit and both dentists are very well skilled and do excellent dental work.

I liked this Dr. a lot. She was consistent, kind and took time to speak with me and discuss options without treating me like I was a child. She was very genial and always made me feel like she actually cared. I would recommend her to anyone.
