List of Natalia Schwartz Md's Reviews
I’m not going to go into detail, but I’m writing this to warn others of this “doctor.” My mom visited this PCP and I was with her on just ONE appointment and honestly have no idea how my mom had her for so long. My mom has many problems, one including thyroid issues which Natalia Schwartz never addressed. She also has liver issues and instead of treating it, she blamed my mother for being “obese” (keep in mind she weighs around 140 pounds) I cannot believe she would throw this derogatory word around like nothing. Natalia will blame and shame you for the diseases you have. My mom went to the ER many times in one week for a serious issue and the ER doctors said that her PCP needs to refer her to a specialist, and my mom requested it, but Natalia took a month and a half to refer her. I was with my mom in an appt & we were updating her my moms issue. Natalia had nothing to say but this: “because you smoke & “I have an appointment with another client.”
She is rude not friendly and has a bad attitude and doesn't care for her patients how the heck is she a doctor she's all around bad
On my first visit with Dr. Schwartz, she was cold & indifferent. The second and every subsequent appointment has been warm and friendly. Dr. Schwartz and my other doctors disagree with my opinion on treatment for one of my conditions. It's something I expected from them. Dr. Schwartz and I agree to disagree and we still have friendly conversations including a few laughs. She responds to my questions and concerns, whether in person, via telemedicine, or through her staff when I leave messages on the patient portal. I sense that she is a bit reserved but will open up if encouraged to do so. I am glad I gave her a chance.
Dr. Schwartz is likely the most uncaring physician I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. I understand that many doctors lack a warm 'bedside manner', yet this individual was as steely and indifferent as a ship bottom. My last visit in Nipomo was to discuss abdominal discomfort. Something fairly common and routine. Before uttering anything of substance relative to what was going on with my stomach, Dr. Schwartz said 'First thing we are going to do is make sure that you don't have colon CANCER.' Without going into detail, I live with severe PTSD (diagnosed), and a similar disorder with mirroring attributes. She set off a wave of anxiety and fear which did not have to transpire, and lasted for weeks afterwards. So much for 'doing no harm' It was impossible to attain prescription refills, and I blame Dr. Schwartz for this. She would appear, then dissapear without even indicating that a visit was over, and I urge others to reconsider seeing this physician. Be well everyone.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr Schwartz for several years. She is excellent in treating any of our issues and refers us to specialist when needed. She is friendly and personable! I recommend her to all my friends and family when they say they need a doctor.
Wow. I mean wow. She entered the room and stood behind her computer. I had come in with fever, high blood pressure (160/90) and joint pains. I had been experiencing these and more symptoms for months. I had 3 doctors tell me that I need to see a rheumatologist for suspected RA. She told me, “if you had RA I would be able to diagnose you from here!” (From behind the computer, across the room.) I was so offended but just left. A year later, and I FINALLY HAVE A DIAGNOSIS FROM A RHEUMATOLOGIST- CAN YOU GUESS?? Yep! I have RA. Wow. Thanks for prolonging my pain and misery for an entire year. (Said sarcastically-in case that’s not clear enough!) Seriously people, do NOT waste your time if you have anything more than a sore throat.
Dr. Swartz is not thorough I am 73 with breathing and heart problems. She never listened to my lungs or heart. She didn't make eye contact or act interested. In the more positive reviews it sounded like a totally different person What real good is accomplished if a doctor does not care.I felt depressed after my appointment, she caused me to feel I didn't matter.
Dr. Schwartz is amazing. She is thorough, very knowledgable, patient, and kind. She doesn't rush things, but listens with a caring heart and answers all questions. She works with you, but firmly holds on to what she believes to be the best and needed treatment. She communicates very well both in the office, and lthrough her staff with followup correspondence. Her office staff and assistants all also have a good "bedside manner" which helps to make the Nipomo CHC a very pleasant environment.
I can’t believe anyone could have a negative review of Dr. Schwartz. She has been my doctor for 3 years now. She is the best and I am not a big fan of doctors, but she is terrific. She actually sits down and listens and she NEVER dismisses you if you have a concern or worry. She explains about any tests you may require and all about any medications you may need. She has a kind and gentle bedside manner. I have moved to Ventura but still drive to Nipomo to keep her as my Dr. she is that good!
We have used Dr. Schwartz for the past year after my wife lost all her regular doctors when she was forced onto ACA. Dr. Schwartz has been very attentive, involved, respectful and kind and communicates everything she is thinking and the reasons why she recommends treatments or tests. Our concern now is that Dr. Schwartz will leave CHC sometime soon and we'll have to throw the dice again to find a good Doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
