had the displeasure of doing some business with this person. She was the most unpleasant, mean spirited, awful person with whom I have ever spoken. She speaks to you as if you were beneath her. May be a fine doctor, but what a terrible person.

DR RUSSELL IS HEAVEN SENT! SHE SAVED MY 5 MONTH OLD SON'S LIFE THE FIRST TIME SHE MET HIM! THIS DR GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND, GENUINELY CARES ABOUT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF HER PATIENTS! SHE CALLED EVERYDAY CHECKING ON MY SON UNTIL HE RECOVERED. AND WE MISS HER VERY MUCH SINCE SHE MOVED OUT OF TOWN!

Dr. Russell is a very caring and committed doctor. It is not unusual for her to call our home and followup on our boys. One of my sons has an allergy/immune disorder. She made a personal effort to get him in to a top-notch specilist and follows his progress. The only downside with Dr. Russell is the Clinic where she works. The staff lack the personal touch. There are times when the wait is unreasonalbe. The staff does not seem to follow appointment order and walk-ins wait forever. Billing leaves a lot to be desired. Over the four years we have used the Clinic, billing issues constantly arrise. Invoices do not show any detail. The same procedure is billed at differnt rates. I am at a crossroads with the facility. If Dr. Russell leaves the clinic and starts her own practice, the answer is easy!

Nephew almost dies as infant due to misdiagnosis. She is sweet, but I don't know how that happened. All it took was a touch to his stomach to dianosis, but she did not do that even though it was brought up to her that this child may have that and she was questioned about the illness and stil did nothing. Maybe she is just learning, but not at the expense of a baby.
