Worst place to go to. They do not take you serious.Won’t recommend.

They don’t take you serious when you explain your pain. I waited for my gynecologist to call me back in July. And it’s September. No phone call. I’ve tried calling and calling. I’ve left voicemails and no one called me back. She pretty much is doing medical malpractice. Ignoring me and also trying to make me feel guilty for wanting a surgery. Makes me feel bad by telling me I’m too young.

The worse attention ever

This is the worst place ever, I have a referral form the Er to go here because my son is sick they denied me service I was here before 130pm where there sign says last registration is at 130pm. They say we are getting ready to close I am here at 1235pm what. Then they said they had computer issues and can not take more patient I am like why that’s not my fault and no where it says in your policy like you stated we will close because the doctor will not stay after 2 my son is 1 years old he can’t go to the Er really. This is what this world come to. The staff is unpleasant and don’t care them selfs. Now I have to take home or find somewhere elseTo have him seen on a Saturday that’s not the Er because places like this shut the door in your face! Mind you he has had 103-104 fever!

Worst experience I ever had, made call many times and left voice never respond call. Their customers care or operator are just name. After making call like 10-20 times, she answered and told me to call back on Monday. Call back in Monday again no answer. Very poor customer care. Walk in to the clinic not helpful. I filled up patient portal and requested for appointment again no response at all. I don’t get any doctor appointment even having medical insurance.

The WORST experience with this place . The employees are unbelievable . So unhelpful. Do not try calling, you will be upset and waste your time. Just go in person because nobody will pick up your call, and nobody will get back to you after leaving a voicemail.

I went to dentist here told me to go to the specialist i was like ok,i ask the secretary if I had a appointment to come here to get the rest fixed that didn't need a specialist. she clearly said no you have to go to a specialist never gave me an appointment to come back,a month later they call me when iam at work telling me if I was going to show up to the appointment iask her what appointment, she said I had an appointment,I was never told I had an appointment so I don't what kind of games there playing here honestly I felt secretaries where not taking there job,seriously, dentist doctor and dentist assistant was very nice, my rating is for the secretaries not the dentist or the dentist assistant they where very nice and professional

Hello Everyone,I have been to this clinic many times and the staff has always have been nice and polite. I am always seen within an hour. I really like the nurses and doctors because they always smile and greet you. They explain everything to you in detail so you understand it before you leave.

Now with everything going on they can’t even call you back after several attends when I first had my son they didn’t see him after 3 months and it was because of the virus but I took him somewhere else instead and the other clinic took him right away since he was a newborn now that I need services from pediatrics again because he’s do for his next round of shots and something else I keep calling and calling and I don’t get a call back this is ridiculous insane they need better staff who can actually do their job right and can answer when we call!
