Dr. Chen and the staff are friendly, incredibly mindful, and professional.I called to make an appointment for my Form I693 health examination. The staff offered all the information I needed before I went in. When I visited, I spent almost zero wait time. The staff arranged the appointments neatly.In this pandemic time, Dr. Chens office values the policy of keeping our masks on ALL THE TIME. Dr. Chen listened to me patiently and guided to me take necessary vaccines at the public health center (West County Public Health Center) which saved me some costs. Further, when I emailed Dr. Chen with my new vaccine records, he was highly responsive. Dr. Chen replied to my inquires quickly. My experience cannot be better. I called on Tuesday, dropped in Dr. Chens office on Thursday, and my documents were ready to be picked up on the next Tuesday! To add to this, I couldnt get in to pick up my documents, so I asked a courier for help. When my documents was picked up by the delivery person, Dr. Chen even sent me an email right away to keep me updated!Overall, I highly recommended Dr. William Chen. Thank you again, Dr. Chen and your wonderful team. I appreciate it!

I've only had one visit with Dr. Chen but I really liked him. His interest in everything about me and complete concern about me physically and mentally won meover.He's now my PCP.

Dr. Chen is a very friendly and helpful doctor. Helps my Uncle with his meds and any worry he has Dr. Chen works hard to get a solution.

Dr. Chen has been my primary Dr. For aprox. 8 years and he has been the most caring compassionate physician any patient could ever find. He treats my current exciting heath conditions alone with all other health issues that may come up.

This is a tough start for me, I am sick from Monday, but my insurance is being converted. My insurance is Healthnet starting on July 1st, so I try to found a new family doctor nearby me, I called them today. But the office lady said that I must confirm with my insurance company whether my insurance will take effect immediately because English is not my native language, I said that I can provide my insurance ID and their phone number, can you please help me to confirm, her answer Very determined, she said NO! I want to make an appointment to see a doctor. She said that you are a new patient, so the earliest appointment was on August 2nd. I said that I was very ill. Can I see a doctor soon? Her answer is still NO. Now I regret to call them. I havent seen Dr. Chan yet, but his telephone operator has already scared me.

I've been a patience with doctor William chen for over 8 years I love their staff the nurses are wonderful and very attentive to your needs wouldn't trade him for the world

knew Dr. Chen few years before became his patients, hear many good things about him, once under his care, I truly understand all those good saying was so true, he's also a Doctor that listen to you, which now this days, I consider some degree hard to get, he's kind also very details. he's office staffs all very professional friendly too, I gave them two thumbs up.

Dr. Chen and his staff are very patient and friendly. I mixed up my appointment dates and was a week early (oops) but I had some concerns and Dr. Chen made time to see me and answered any questions I had before my appointment date. Also the front front assistant was very helpful and gave me New patient form to fill out so I would be all ready for my actual appointment date.They called on Friday to remind me that I have an appointment on Monday since I was doing a skin allergy testing I shouldnt take any medicine (for three days) since it can lead to a false result. It was very helpful. Great experience and would recommend.

This is a helpful and compassionate medical practice. Dr. Chen oversees my treatment for an immune deficit. He's thorough and patient, but also very efficient. I recommend him unconditionally.

Dr chen is very good dr I been seeing him for few years but i moved from that area, now i am back try to see him but almost week his stuff keep checking my insurance and still don't giving me appointment ,and they don't let me to talk to Dr Chen .i am so sorry such a good Dr have this unprofessional stuff.
