This is beyond the worse service I have ever received. First off it doesn’t take nearly 12 minutes to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. To top it off I’m a new patient trying to schedule my first appointment. I have been constantly transferred and placed on an unreasonably long time on hold. Whenever someone picks up I get nothing but an attitude. The last person that I am transferred to claimed to be a supervisor named Andrea to which she was also rude as hell.

Have you ever had your Doctor personally call you on a Holiday??....I have...I'm quite sure there aren't many people who can say they've had this experience. My Wife and I live in Los Angeles...We happily drive to San Pedro for one reason and one reason only , Dr. Jimenez and his staff truly care about their patients well being to the extent that it's difficult to put into words. Thank you for being the best Dr. Jimenez!!!
