I came to Dr. Calkins facility by his office manager and my good friend Cathy. I continue to return due to the outstanding staff. From the moment you walk in you see the customer service, the dedication to your health, and the friendliness of everyone you meet. Your greeted with a warm hello, welcomed, and directed to the quality staff. Their testing, commitment to "state of the art" equipment and a totally computer based system, are the best. When you meet the doctor he has all the data at is fingertips in real time. Dr. Calkins is tracking my cataracts and had detailed empirical data to show me my options and treatment. I feel confident and safe in his council. Next you are passed to Barbara and Norm to pick from countless possible frames and be perfectly fitted with your new frames. They are like family, concerned with making sure you are totally satisfied. In closing they are simply the best. Customer oriented, solution oriented with there approach, and make sure my eye care is job one. They are the best!
