Adrienne Kassis's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kassis is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon her when looking for a new doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients and went as far as to check in with me when I needed to go to a specialist. She responds quickly to concerns and questions on the One Medical website and has an extremely comforting disposition. I hope to be able to see her for as long as she is practicing! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a primary care physician, you will not be disappointed.

I saw Dr. Kassis upon finding out I was pregnant. I had gone to another One Medical location in the city, and had possibly the worst care Ive ever received from a medical provider there (but thats another story), so was feeling overwhelmed and a little lost with the big news. My appointment the following morning with Dr. Kassis was just what I needed. She was able to provide great advice, references and general support, and although wasnt accepting new patients, was willing to take on our family. We will be bringing our baby here when shes born in March, and its comforting to know shes already in good hands!

Dr. Kassis is great! I first saw her when I was dealing with depression and panic attacks due to family stress and she was really compassionate and understanding. She helped me answer difficult questions to get to the core of the issues. She put my mind at ease by running extra tests just to make sure all my questions were answered.  She was also helpful and reassuring when I asked about coverage and insurance.I rave about one medical all the time. The online tools, appointments, renewals, and email communication to save you from coming in is amazing! Thank you for all you do.

Have only seen her once. My opinion is based on this fairly long and through meeting.

I am a new member at One Medical and had my first appointment with Dr. Kassis today at the new San Rafael office.  The experience was terrific (which is surprising because Ive never used the word terrific when describing a health office visit anywhere ... ever!).  Their new office is lovely and organized with a very calm atmosphere.  I felt like a person there (not like a number as I have at my old Dr.s office).  Dr. Kassis spent a good deal of time with me to talk about my health issues/concerns.  She was easy to talk to and I felt she was really listening and provided me with good advice, resources and follow up opportunities.  I highly recommend Dr. Kassis and One Medical San Rafael to anyone who is looking for a better Dr./Patient experience.

Dr. Kassis is an excellent general practitioner. She is extremely thorough always asking lots of good questions and taking diligent notes and has an incredible breadth of knowledge. In every appointment I have with her, I bring a laundry list of topics Id like to cover. She clearly and straightforwardly answers all of my questions, and offers great recommendations and insights. Shes also reliable and accessible on email, and never forgets to send me any promised followup materials. Overall, Dr. Kassis is kind, downtoearth, and has a great bedside manner highly recommend both her and One Medical.

I joined One Medical Group several months ago and selected Dr. Kassis as my primary care physician.  In the initial exam she was thorough and perceptive, and demonstrated excellence in diagnostic skills.  She is a good listener, and also focused on health factors not necessarily accessible by testing, such as family history, stress levels, and personal habits.  She combines excellent clinical skills with good instincts and an oldfashioned, patientcentered, holistic approach to medicine.

She is fantastic! I saw her for an injury I had. She was very down to earth, let me ask a lot of questions and seemed genuinely interested in my history and what I had to say.A few months later, a specialist I was seeing sent her copies of my records. Out of the blue she emailed me to ensure everything was ok. That was a really nice touch!I love that the office is modern and you can reach them via email which is better than playing phone tag! I highly recommend.
