It will be bad to keep this alone to myself. To all the staff members text and doctors to Bayside Marin I would like to give my sincerest gratitude for the help that you have given me the love and respect that you have shown me in the life that you have given that I was throwing away back to me and my family my friends my coworkers and the people that depended on me I was there for 45 days they were the best the hardest the honest the good and the bad days of my life I made a choice I asked for help and they gave it to me the rest was up to me they truly believe that everybody has a chance if one decides to take it I chose to take it and I am not alone in this war for my life the staff there was very professional and loving and caring as so are the doctors and if you're lucky and you leave your mind open and your heart open and I'll make this a I statement I have found a support group that I was with while I was there so I have nothing but great admiration respect love for everybody concern that doesn't mean that life isn't hard when it gets hard but what I have learned is that I can keep it simple and I can breathe and I can give myself a chance to deal with life at life's on terms with a sober mind a good and open heart give it a try it might surprise you.

I'm writing this on behalf of my friend. This facility neglect, gaslight and emotionally abuse their patients. Yes, there might be some individuals that might have benefitted from this center greatly. However, healing and safety should not depend on luck. Avoid this center at all costs.

They write fake reviews to keep their rating up... they did however respond to my original review stating they were concerned and left a email that I could write addressing my concerns from my review, well I wrote to the email my concerns NO ONE responded, they don't care as they pretend they do and it's just a coincidence that their rating is back up to 4.1 after rightfully dropping below 4 stars. Here's my original post: " This rehab claims to be able to treat co-occurring disorders. This simply isn't true, they refuse to admit clients with co-occurring disorders without poly medicating and forcing dangerous medications to be consumed during your recover process at Bayside Marin, medications that are consider to be a chemical lobotomies. The medical team is grossly negligent of most mental health disorders, they aren't capable of treating mental health issues and drug disorders without turning their patients into a zombified robots. Please tell me how replacing one drug with multiple others is healthy or healing? "

I just love the staff and program here. Siana in the kitchen and Alexandra one of the techs really make this place awesome. They go above and beyond to help ensure that everything is taken care of. It's hard enough to be separated from our loved ones so we can focus on our health, especially for 1-3 months and they make it feel a little more comfortable. What do they do you ask? For one, both are extremely approachable, non-judgmental, and extremely compassionate regardless of whatever I say or ask about. And they anticipate my needs, which is both amazing and erie. But most of all they make me laugh and I haven't done that in so long. With my medical condition it's been a while since I've experienced any type of joy and these ladies give me a glimmer of hope that it's going to get better, each day but it's going to take some work but with them helping along the way, it's bearable. Thank you ladies. Thank you.
