I was a walk-in patient (the website should be a little easier to navigate)There were no patients in the waiting area, so the receptionist took my info right away and let the PA/Dr. know I was waiting.I was seen quickly and had a very pleasant experience with the treating PA. The waiting area is spotless, and the exam room I was in, also immaculate. Staff is friendly and caring, and thoroughly professional. I would recommend this Carbon Health facility without reservation.

My 8 year old son and I had a confirmed appointment for an urgent care matter. The front desk manager was rude and we walked out. I would not book an appointment with this Urgent care. Try Dignity health in Novato, or Tiburon. They are much more professional. I will never book an appointment with Carbon again. Avoid this place they are rude and disrespectful! The manager cursed at me.

You folks need more experienced, knowledgeable healthcare workers, I was given a choice of two incorrect antibiotics while I have a virus, NOT a bacterial infection. It’s great that it’s easy to get In BUT, not so great knowing that I am more knowledgeable than your practitioners!
