I needed home care after a hip replacement, and selected First Light Home Care. I am ever so glad I did. After being home for less than 24 hours after surgery, I suffered an opioid overdose from the prescribed medications, and honestly, due to the efforts of Aurea (my caregiver - who found me unresponsive and called 911) and Maria (her manager), I am here today to write about it. I am VERY grateful. Once I got back home, after being hospitalized for several days after that event, Aurea was a wonderful caregiver, helping me with day to day activities, so that I could focus on healing. First Light was flexible with my changing needs during this time - which I appreciate very much. Thank you Aurea, Maria, and First Light!!

Mark and Jen were extremely helpful after we moved Mom out to San Rafael from Florida. They understood what we needed and kept in touch with both me and my sister. They cared about my Mom and it showed. The caregivers were trained well and left us notes so we knew what Moms day was like. They were helpful in getting her hair done and doing what she wanted to do, or what was needed to be done like picking up meds. We really appreciated having them.

First Light did a great job helping our mom. Jennifer and the staff was very accommodating, caring, and responsive. We were very pleased with the care that was provided. I would highly recommend this organization.

Jennifer and Mark at FirstLight HomeCare have been amazing from the start. They have found the perfectly matched caregivers to help with my dad who has Parkinson's Disease. The care givers are very attentive to my dad's daily needs that are consistently changing. Mark and Jennifer are always quick to respond and help in anyway possible. I would highly recommend their company if you are looking for health care needs for your loved one.
