Tengo muchos años recibiendo los servicios en esta clínica pero últimamente es muy frustrante poder hacer una cita x que las llamadas para hacer una cita toma casi una hora..Conseguí una cita con el pediatra de mi hijo y por ocho minutos tarde no me atendieron a pesar de yo estuve en la fila esperando a la recepcionista a que me atendiera.

Bad service. No one picks up their calls due to Covid which is an excuse answering system sucks it is not user-friendly. I have important questions that have been an answered for a month now. There is no way to make an appointment because no one reaches back to you on the voicemail you left on their inbox

Receptionists are lazy and don't treat patients well. All! No exception. And they talk about the customers between them and the customers listening. Horrible.

Its almost impossible to get an appointment here. Nobody picks up the phones and when you leave a message to get a call back, nobody calls back. When you fortunate to get get an appointment the waiting time is 2 hours and the actual visit is like 5 minites. Seems like most staff in this clinic dont care about their patients. I have multiple health issues that needed to be addressed but nobody has gotten back to me so I had to go to the er multiple times. I feel like most of the staff do this because they know that the majority of their clients are non English speakers or people from low income areas.

Been a client here because I have to and have nothing but issues and troubles.Most messed up thing is they have covid tests where the lines are around the block, I waited for 2 hours, and people who weren't clients cut to the front, so if you're a client here do not get your covid test here. Youll be here for hours while they let others who just showed up be in and out in 10 minutes. This place is an absolute joke. Can't wait till I don't have to be a client here. Never experienced such an unprofessional medical clinic in my life

This place is as incompetent as they come. Stay far away unless you want the worst medical care possible. Idk where they find these doctors but look elsewhere.

Really long wait times. Had an appointment at 10:30am arrived and checks in at time but no one called till 12.00pm

I thought this place was great. I couldn't find a doctor who was accepting new patients after calling around town. Marin told me to call at 7am for same day appointments and I had everything I needed, including labs, completed the same day. The nurse spent almost an hour with me.
