My family member had a medical emergency and we needed to get an appointment asap. They were able to accommodate us and we were able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Chahal was able to help us, and he was extremely kind, attentive and proactive. Highly recommend them!

The front desk girl is rude! She is lazy and expects you to call around to check and see if your authorizations are still valid. I found out from the Oakland office that this is not necessary, but the front desk girl in San Ramon will argue with you. She is so unprofessional. As far as Dr. Paslin goes, he should just retire. He is also rude, and doesn't know the latest about dermatology. I too have had to wait over an hour for an appt. I'm moving on....I would suggest you don't stop here!

What a great place! The office workers were not only friendly but very knowledgable and caring. I went in with a severe rash that I had gone to urgent care for a few days prior and urgent care wasn't sure what it was, they said possibly from lake water and they gave me a medication that was so low in dosage it did not do a thing for me and I was gettng worse. Thank GOD for Dr. Paslin. I went to see him and he knew right away that I had a major case of poison oak from head to toe. My eyes were so swollen that I couldn't even drive. He prescribed me the correct prescription of medication was very thorough on the instructions and I started to have relief! I don't know what I would have done without his help. Thank you so much Dr. Paslin I will forever be grateful to you and your staff! You are truly a life safer! - Diane
