The only fair rating is a 10 out of 10! From the friendly atmosphere to the WONDERFUL staff this is the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in at Dentist Office! I can’t believe how much they care and do to make sure that you’re comfortable and completely satisfied. I had an emergency visit and the staff put off their lunch to help me. I plan on taking my whole family here! If you’re looking for a dentist that truly cares, does Amazing work and makes sure you’re comfortable and cared for … This is the Dentist for you. You won’t be disappointed. 😁

I had a great experience with Dr. Palan and her team! My extraction went so smoothly — Dr. Palan was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. Nikita, her assistant, was absolutely wonderful and so calming. The entire office has such a peaceful, welcoming environment, and the post-care follow-up was excellent. I really appreciate the care and attention they provided — highly recommend!

I just started at this dental studio and I really like Dr. Palan and all the staff I have interacted with. They are all easy to communicate with and genuinely seem to care.

I had the best experience at Artisan! Dr Palan was very thorough and made sure to walk me through the office, x-rays, procedures, etc. I had not been to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of time, and was nervous about how things were looking in my mouth. But Dr Palan and staff made me feel very comfortable and answered any/all questions I had. I also like that they do not push on doing any work that isn’t urgently needed, which has happened in other offices in the past. They were able to take care of a tooth concern I had same day, and it was a smooth process. They also have really cool new technology and offer so many services which is great. I think I’ve found my new regular dentist. Thank you Dr Palan and team!!!

I stumbled upon this practice when looking for practices that do wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Palan and her assistant Nikkita are both very knowledgeable and caring. I had no pain throughout the entire process, minimal bleeding, and healed rather fast. Could not recommend this practice enough!

I went for a routine dental cleaning and I had a great experience with Dr.Soniya Palan.The staff was super friendly and made everything easy and relaxed.Dr.Palan was kind, took time to check in,and make sure I was comfortable the whole time.The office was clean and welcoming ,and I was in and out stress free. I would highly recommend Dr.Palan and her team!

Recently had wisdom tooth removed for my daughter. Dr Soniya Palan is very patient and handled it very neatly, and carefully. The doctor cares a lot for her patients. Provides post-op support. Very happy to work with this Doctor. Highly recommend.
