I've been a patient here for about 3 years and I've always had a pleasant experience here. Their front desk is very friendly and helpful and on top of scheduling, sending reminders, and responding via phone calls and emails. It has been recently renovated and seems like a modern spa experience. The hygienists and dentists take great care of you!

Avoid this place. They are scammers. The good reviews are a result of them offering free stuff, like $50 electric toothbrushes, in exchange for 5 star reviews. They will upsell you and tell you that you have more cavities than you actually have, need a root canal, deep cleaning, periodontal treatment, whatever, the works. They did this for me, friends, and family members. Check out their reviews that Yelp doesn't "recommend" for the bad reviews. They definitely just want your money. They are nice people, or at least they act friendly, but that's how they get you I guess. I honestly felt comfortable and enjoyed talking to the staff when there, so I trusted them when they recommended the deep cleaning since they are not just dentists but also dental hygienists. I feel that they are two faced snakes

Very modern equipment and diagnostics. Dr. Lee was very gentle and explained everything. Her staff were most accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend Canyon Lakes Dental.

Staff was very friendly and prompt and checked my insurance coverage. Dentist did a great job of explaining everything and was able to quickly schedule my appointments. I definitely recommend Canyon Lakes Debtal.

I was seen at this clinic by Dr. Bal. During my visit, the gum exam was done with such force that it caused bleeding in multiple areas and lingering discomfort. I’ve had many dental checkups over the years, and no dentist has ever examined my gums so aggressively. Right after this painful exam, I was told I needed a deep cleaning—which was surprising, since a different dentist I had seen recently said my teeth and gums were healthy and no deep cleaning was needed. The clinic also presented me with a list of expensive treatment options that didn’t align with what I was told elsewhere. I shared this experience in a review because I believe patients deserve to be informed. But instead of acknowledging or responding, the clinic apparently flagged my review, and Google removed it. That response says a lot. This clinic made me feel physically hurt and emotionally dismissed. I take my health seriously, and I expect the same from any medical provider. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this place.
