List of Dolores Musco's Reviews
I have been a patient for one year. Over the last year have found the dr's and staff lacking in personalized care and follow up. I do not recommend this office.
I have doctor Dolores as my Internal doctor for 3 years . I like her very much . She is very professional and serious about any concern you have about your health. Easy to talk and she takes the time to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this doctor .
The office receptionist has poor communication skills and customer service. The office is run by the doctors and does not have a business manager on site to handle in office matters.
Impossible to make an appointment here. And of course I cannot say anything about the doctors since receptionist is not friendly or accommodating. Went to another family doctor in San Ramon.
I had a terrible experience with Timothy Sayles.I'm a 28 year old male. I work as an engineer and in my free time I choose to continue to play soccer competitively. In the winter of 2022 , I started having symptoms such as anxiety, poor sleep, and fatigue (which resulted in a significant reduction in athletic performance which led to me not being capable of playing soccer competitively anymore).Back in April, my primary care provider ordered extensive blood work for me. When the results came back, he pretty much told me he couldn't find anything. So I went to Timothy Sayles for a second opinion.Timothy Sayles echoed my primary care provider's opinion that my blood work looks fine. However, he took it a step further and actually called into question my choice to continue to play competitive soccer in my late 20s, and made the point that I'm "not getting paid for it" so basically why am I worried about it.Since my first and last meeting with Timothy Sayles, I've gone to an endocrinologist (not by his recommendation - he provided me with zero useful guidance), and she has helped me make dietary changes to get back on track to playing soccer (the problem was that my SHBG was high which was binding up much of my testosterone. So even though my total testosterone was high, the amount of biologically available testosterone was on the lower end).I don't know that I've left a negative review for anything in my life. Honestly, it's not his lack of helpfulness that bothers me. For example, I don't hold it against my primary care provider that he basically told me he couldn't find anything. If he doesn't have the tools to help me, fine, I'll look elsewhere (as I did). But, in my opinion, his implication that I'm "making a big deal out of nothing" is egregiously antithetical to what a doctor should be. And that's why I felt the need to leave this review.
This office is great!! Very polite and personable. I would definitely recommend anyone to this office. Tim Sayles is the best!! Takes time out his evenings to call me and check on me. I love this office!
I've already written a review here but it's a few years old and wanted to give it a refresh. This medical practice is still AMAZING. Even through the nightmare of covid stress, they make sure you know that your health and care are their priority. I first posted about Tim Sayles PA catching a misdiagnosis- well, he not only caught one misdiagnosis of mine, he caught a second one, and he is the only reason that I still have an esophagus! An issue that other doctors had just thrown pills at me for turned out to be a rare disease that those pills weren't treating, and were making me sicker. He helped me get properly diagnosed so I could get the surgeries I needed to be able to eat properly. The simple act of my physician actually reviewing my medications and questioning things that didn't add up saved me from losing an organ. Not many people are as lucky as I have been to have found such a fantastic doctor who does the absolute most for his patients, thinks outside the box, and actually TRULY listens. I will never ever stop recommending this practice for the care and respect they give their patients, and their overall kindness. They're easy to reach, easy to schedule with, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable. If you're looking for a general physician call DFP, any of their amazing staff will truly give you the best care you'll ever be able to find.
Dr. Dolores Musco is a thorough clinician. I trust her judgement and I’ve had a good experience with her for over 12 years.
I've been going to this practice for 8 years (give or take). The team is absolutely fantastic and they go above and beyond for their patients. I cannot express the appreciation I have for their attention to their patients needs, their compassion and the absolutely stellar patient experience I've been given over that time. The support staff is second to none - and just spent 4 hours on the phone finding a pharmacy to fill a medication that I needed same day. They help keep you healthy and treat you like family. Tim Salyes is the best and I love being a part of the Diablo family!
A few years ago, my mom started seeing a doctor in this practice. She was great, and the staff was efficient and friendly. Quickly, I moved and asked my husband to move the practice. The first doctor supposedly moved after getting married with little notice, and we moved to Dr Omski. She was also good. We stayed for years, until she moved to Kaiser, again with little notice. The practice continued to backfill doctors with RAs and not other doctors. Until my husband requested for an annual physical with a condition that could potentially be dangerous. He was quoted with an appointment over three months out with Dr Mark M. We are all moving away from the practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
