I was honestly much more scared and nervous than my three year-old to get her cavity filled! Good thing the staff here are so friendly and her dentist offers an expert level of care. I will be coming here for all of my children's dentistry needs. Thank you!

I'm sure the same dentist isn't still here when I was last a patient here but I am now an RDA and have been for the past 8 years and this office helped guide me into my love of the dentist so much that now I work in the field! I think I was a patient here from 2004-2007. I always had such a good experience here and the staff was always so friendly. Again I'm not sure that the same staff at the time I was a patient was still there but if they were they helped always make my experience so welcoming here as a child.

This place was amazing, all the staff is super nice and they are great with their patients. I took my kid here to get fillings and when he was done he told me it didn’t hurt at all. They were super sweet and patient with my child because he was nervous. Great place!

Honestly this is the worst ever, they have no clue how to deal with kids ,all treatments have to be done only with systemic medicine to make kids drowsy No trials for local anesthesia . No patience to really help kids or offer care & treatment stay away from this , I should appreciated the bad reviews they already have even school report was filled wrong even my son is showing cavity selected no cavities on the report , I believe it’s the dr mistake not the administration she don’t want to waste her time really examining and taking good pictures

My child was so medicated that I was worried, they would not let us go back there which i found urksome and a bit suspect, the screaming coming from my son the entire time, according to my husband , because I had to leave after they brought him back, was so disturbing, that I couldn't believe he didnt demand to go check on him which is why he wont be bringing my son back there. One of my son's crowns just broke and im considering bringing him there because I dont know where to take him, but how he felt anything with how medicated he was is beyond me, I will definitely be staying at his next appointment and now hes old enough to tell us what happened. At the time of his fillings and root canal work he was too young and was staying with his dad after so I didnt hear much about what he went thru until weeks later, but rest assured, i will be with him while hes getting any work done or we will be taking out business to someone who is concerned about a parent's concerns, because after reading other posts im wondering if they are rough and if they should maybe not be working with kids although thats what they do is work woth kids....is it because they can't communicate, why aren't parents allowed to be there while their child get a cavity filled, I've never heard of anything like that before..one woman said her child couldn't spit but did they not use suction or anything. It sounds like their bedside manner leaves something to be desired

We had an outstanding experience at San Ramon General Dentistry for Children! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and great with kids. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and made my child feel completely comfortable. The environment is clean, welcoming, and perfectly designed for little ones. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a caring and trustworthy dental team! As a mom this is the best dentistry to go to for your child! 100/100 recommend!

Dr. Arthi is Fantastic with Kids! Dr. Arthi is absolutely wonderful with children. She’s calm, kind, and knows exactly how to make kids feel comfortable during their dental visits. Her gentle approach and ability to explain things in a way children understand made the experience so easy and stress-free. We’re so grateful to have found such a skilled and caring pediatric dentist. Highly recommend her!
