I went to see Dr. Elrashidy in Jan 2020 for shoulder pain. He never came to the office and his medical assistant did the diagnosis for me. Based on that, I went to therapy for 6 weeks, only to have the situation and pain worsened. When I went to see Dr. Elrashidy again, he was no where to be seen. The same medical assistant came and told me that Dr. Elrashidy doesnt come to clinic when the schedule is light! When I refused to see her and requested for the office manager, the manager promptly came back having a new cover story that Dr. Elrashidy was at some hospital. All this after almost an hour of wait for nothing. The manager didnt allow me to see any other orthopedic doctor at the facility saying it was against their policy. I just dont know how to wrap my head round this whole unpleasant experience.

Dr didn’t show up to my appointment, Instead he sent his assistant let me guess why; busy, doesn’t care, arrogant..... Then later the insurance bill was under his name ! That is cheating...,.
