I had moved out of the area for a few years and had to find a dentist closer to home. Recently had the opportunity to return to work in the Bay Area and scheduled a cleaning and checkup with Innovative Dental Concepts. Wow! I forgot how technology progressive and patient education focused this dental office was and continues to be! I feel true concern for the health of my mouth and whole being at IDC, I’m glad I’m back!

Usually, when asked how my day is after going to the dentist, my reply would be, “It would’ve been better if i didn’t have to be here.”. At Innovative Dental Concepts, I actually said “Great” - and I meant it, even after a cavity repaired. That’s because the entire team is more than professional. They’re warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. from the front desk to the dental chair, everyone makes you feel comfortable and valued, never rushed or treated like “just another patient”. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, check in on how you are feeling and go out of their way to make you feel at ease. It’s rare to leave a dental appointment feeling grateful, but that’s what I experienced. They truly live up to their name - Innovative, not just in their approach to dentistry, but in how they create such a positive experience. highly recommend!

The whole family has been going here for several years and we are very satisfied with the service. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Dr Duncan is the BEST! She is the only dentist who can make you fall asleep while she does work and wonders on your teeth!
