I was seen at my appointment time. Preliminary screening was prompt and I was seen by the doctor. I was diagnosed quickly and given treatment instructions and prescription for medication. Excellent experience.

My son needed a Covid test for surgery, so I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to make sure there would be no issues because of the time sensitivity. Turned up today, and the office was closed. So much for my being organized and planning ahead. Nobody had the decency to call and let me know they needed to cancel the appointment, in fact when I called to find out what was going on, the lady I spoke with wasn't even apologetic, just said I needed to go to Dublin or try again tomorrow. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere, you don't deserve it.

Went to this urgent care to treat an allergic reaction. The staff did nothing to help me. They told me to take over the counter medication which I had already tried. I have to go to the emergency room now to get this treated. Do not use this urgent care if you actually need any help.

Hey I wish I knew both of the young ladies names that helped me this evening. Great staff, friendly..excellent customer service and to the one who worked directly with me…Girl you are the best, thank you for your encouraging words and yes ma’am keep those pants to get into them 😉…..Good people in customer service jobs makes for great experiences and reviews ☺️☺️. 2435 San Ramon Valley Blvd is the location for me!
