The medical professionals were excellent This was the BEST infusion I have had in the last 5 years. The facility was excellent plenty of time to relax and draw in that infusion stuff clean and comfortable Everything was timely and completed in a reasonable time Hey I will be back in 2 weeksOne suggestion would be to have a small map that pinpoints where you are I did not have the address right and went to Crow Canyon Rd vs the correct addressRandy Baker

IVX Health San Ramon is awesome. The staff is friendly and professional. NP Lauren is wonderful. So professional and people oriented. She is so good I dont even have a bruise after my infusion. I usually always have a bruise but nothing today. The facility is clean and so comfortable. I highly recommend IVX San Ramon

The staff at IVX at San Ramon was so friendlyand attentive the center was inviting and offered drinks and snacks while youre there during your visit the private room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the private accomodations and cleaniness of the environment when having to take a 56 hour infusion. There are reclining chairs TV with Netflix Hulu and was offered a nice warm fuzzy blanket for my nap. The nurses check on you often to make sure you are doing ok and if anything is needed while also checking vitals. Thank you IVX and staff Nicole Veronica for making this a more pleasant experience for a not so pleasant task.

IVX Health Infusion Center has made the process of getting my infusion medication very easy. Stacy helped me sort out insurance approvals as well as copay assistance we all know what a headache this is. The staff onsite are very caring and gentle. The facility itself is SUPER comfy and clean. They have snacks drinks your own private room with a tv wifi and really nice recliner. Come here even if its a bit of a drive for you its a really refreshing break from dealing with problems while trying to get care.
