Love it. Love love love. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. Very clean rooms and front of house. I love all the nurses- everyone I've had is kind, explain all procedures and honest about the services as well. I'm here on repeat and hope you'll check it out too!

At a great experience for my first laser hair removal session! I got in a with in a few days of buying package. The hair removal was barely painful. I highly recommend!

I have been coming to laser away for close to 15 years and to the San Ramon location since they opened about four years ago. I have been consistently impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The nurses are kind and attentive and work with you to achieve the results you want. The front staff is helpful and kind. I recommend them to anyone looking into laser hair removal or Botox.

Julie is fantastic. She is always asking about comfort level and looks to maximize results. Most importantly she takes her time and gets every body part when using the laser. I’ve worked with several people - she’s the best. At her next review, don’t skimp on her raise.

I got to get four stars because at the front desk ladies. I was four minutes late and they told me they had to cancel my appointment. I said it was quite difficult to find parking here. After much arguing that they agreed to just let me in. And do my appointment. It’s cheap laser treatments, so I do like to use Lazor Away. But just maybe skip this location and go to a different one. The other reason I am giving four stars is because the next time I came in with my girlfriend and we both had treatments I came out of the room and she was in the lobby with the ladies crying and arguing. Her face was bleeding and I was wondering what was going on. She said she was traumatized and she will never be coming back. The ladies were just horrible to her. They also said when we came in that they couldn’t find our accounts. We definitely paid for large packages that we were upset that they couldn’t find our accounts for quite some time. So save your receipts and all the proof of anything you pay for here.
