I’ve been a patient at Oak Ridge Dental for several years, and I love this team and can honestly say it’s the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Deol and his wonderful team are not only highly skilled, but also incredibly kind and attentive. They make every visit a comfortable, pleasant experience, taking the time to explain everything and ensure you feel at ease. The office itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and inviting. It feels more like a spa than a dentist’s office as they’ve invested in the most advanced technology, ensuring that every treatment is as effective and efficient as possible. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a highly skilled, amazing dentist and a top-tier dental experience!

I’m disappointed with Oak Ridge Dental, particularly the office staff. I confirmed ahead of time that they accepted my insurance and was led to believe they were in-network. At my first visit, I only paid a co-pay and was never told otherwise. Later, I was presented with a pre-authorization for over $1,000 out-of-pocket because they are actually out-of-network. When I questioned this, staff repeatedly brushed it off as a “miscommunication” and pointed to my signature instead of acknowledging the lack of clear explanation. As a healthcare professional, I know how insurance works—this was not a misunderstanding on my part. The dentist himself was excellent, but the office’s deceptive and dismissive handling of billing was unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency, not surprise bills and excuses.

Leaving this review for my grandmother: Dr. Deol and his staff are excellent professionals. Amazing teamwork, Liz at the front desk helpful above and beyond her duties. Cleanliness of the office. Dr. Deol was so kind... he fit me in without an appointment the same day I walked in his clinic. He listens and talks to you. I am so glad I found him.
