You kept my caregiver waiting for two hours on a Friday afternoon even after your office closed. If I left my patience for more than 10 minutes without an explanation they would not come back. If I decided to wait two hours before saying the 11 o’clock mass no one would be there. The courteous thing to do after 15 minutes wait is to have your receptionist go to my caregiver and say The doctor is running late or has an emergency. Would you like to wait or reschedule your appointment.

I have been a patient here for years, best service by far! All of their employees are so pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to help. They make sure to take adequate time to listen, sincerely ensure satisfaction, and have a genuine disposition regarding the care each person receives. I highly recommend this facility. The best eye care in the bay area.

Great practice!!! Both Dr Neves and Dr DeLaney have proven to me that they are the best in eye care. During one of my regular visits i was recommended to get the lesion in my eye checked which helped me catch a malignant infection at a very early stage. I am so very appreciative for their great service

This was my first appointment with Dr. Neves. He could not have been more attentive. I was not kept waiting and when he came in the room, he sat down, carefully examined my eye (I had an infection in one eye) and then prescribed drops for the infection plus wrote down two other suggestions for continued good eye health. I will never see anyone else!

Dr. Neves is a "Great Doctor" and equally "Great Guy". Some years back I had an "Eye Puncture Emergency" (that I completely lost sight in one eye for a limited time immediately after the incident), I called the office of Dr. Neves, they immediately insisted I should come in for a Doctor's Exam of the eye. Dr. Neves and his staff got me in that same day without an appointment, the team ran me through the numerous tests to make sure no permanent damage was done (I would not suggest this route to get to know a doctor or his office - Wear Safety Glasses!). This is the only place I would ever go for eye care. Call them today!

Dr. Neves has been my doctor for at least a decade. He' is a great doctor and I recommend him for all of your vision needs. He is intelligent and adept at making you feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend him! His staff is stellar too!

Dr. Neves and his staff make one feel welcome with warm smiles. His receptionists' tone of addressing their clients is both cordial and empathetic. Dr. Neves and his colleague, Dr. DeLaney exhibited extraordinary patience during the examination and in explaining what needed to be cleared.
