Sherry Steinmetz's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Sherry is a very nice wonderful Dr., however her Staff, at least at the time I went to this Office, is very dishonest.  I was charged $1600 for one, yes one crown, and was mortified.  Traumatized is more like it.  I will never, ever forget how terrible it made me feel, and when I tried to reduce the amount by payments I was made to fell like an idiot.  I will never recommend this Office to anyone.  Sorry to say.

I was very surprised at being charged 100 bucks for missing my appointment  because I had covid19.  On July 7th appointment.  I called made a payment then was told i would not be seen until I paid the other 100... I will pay then good riddance to someone who dont take this illness serious.  Wasnt an excuse to miss my appointment.  I lost 15 pounds. Then to be treated like this

Go, go, go here. Dont look any further, this place is the best. Dr Steinmetz and her team are like no other, not to mention the location and office space is incredible. They are so awesome; I dont even live in the area but I travel here for my teeth cleaning and anything else I may need to keep my teeth healthy. Thanks to them I have the smile I have today.

Dr   Steinmetz is an excellent dentist and a nice person. I need a lot of dental work and I would not see anybody else.  She is the best.  Her staff are also great. All of them.

The most pleasant dental experience Ive ever had, Im delighted to have found this wonderful group of people. Its not often a person can look forward to going to the dentist, and here that is something I can honestly say. Great care. Great staff.

Im very happy with New Age Dentistry and Dr. Steinmetz.  Ive been a customer for about two years and have always had exemplaryservice.  I had quite a few uncomfortable experiences with dental care in the past, but Dr. Steinmetz and her team really helped me though my anxiety and were extremely patient.  They always communicate every step while working on me so Im prepared in advance.  Its comforting to know that I have a dentist who clearly understands dental anxiety and is truly sensitive to my needs. Additionally I have serious TMJ issues and researched online doctors who specialize in it which Dr. Steinmetz does.   I highly recommend New Age!

I never take the time to write a post. God bless this lady. I am the most annoying patient there is. I am fearful of pain, whats going on at all times, and if anything is wrong. Dr. Steinmetz is the calmest, most compassionate, patient woman I have ever met. There is only one assistant she has that I will let work on me, not because they arent all wonderful, but shes been with me since my first visit, so my comfort level is higher with her. This assistant will hold my hand and easy my fears. Yes, reading this may create an eye roll because I am a 35 year old woman who is terrified of the dentist, but I would never ever go anywhere else. I write this to ease peoples minds on going to the dentist because I am the most nerve wracked patient out there and, if I could give them 20 stars, I would!!! Trustworthy dental care is so hard to find. I highly recommend this place!!!

0 STARS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE. I had 2 crowns done with Dr. Steinmetz the first one came off 3 weeks later and the 2nd one lasted approximately 4 months. After going back to put the crowns back in they were attempting to charge my insurance company again for the bad job she did, and now 6 months later one of those crowns came off again. CROWNS LIFE SPAN IS MINIMUM 5 YEARS... Dr Steimetz I strongly recommend you eliminate crowns from your practice all together or get some help...

Finding a terrific dental practice to take care of your teeth is not easy.  Dr. Steinmetz and her staff are absolutely the best.  No need to look elsewhere.  Relax and let them take care of your dental needs.  Just had an implant installed yesterday and it is absolutely perfect.
