Twin Creeks Dental's Online Review Report Card

This dental office deserves 10000 stars! From the moment I first called to make my appointment it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff is so kind and professional. I had my first patient visit a couple weeks ago. The Dr didn’t rush through my exam and was very informative and patient while explaining my treatments. He also took the time to ensure I understood everything. The hygienist was very thorough I really enjoyed my cleaning! Today I went in for actual treatment and it was LITERALLY PAINLESS. The Dr has such a good hand. 10/10 recommend! I’m so glad I found them.

We have been here at twice now, once for my wife and once for our teen. Both times the entire team was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. I am so happy that we found Twin Creek Dental as we had tried a few others in the area and we had horrible experiences. So once we came here we were expecting the same horrible experience, and i have to say WE WERE WRONG! We were greeted with a smile from the front receptionist. We sat in a very clean and inviting waiting room, with great books on the shelves, and even some really great style. You can tell that they care about their clients experience. The books on the shelves are not just the normal highlights for kids, etc that you usually find there. they have thick books about Disney, or Watches, and other interesting topics that you would ACTUALLY want to read about. Though I we have not spent more than 3-5 minutes waiting to be called back in to see the Dr, so I have not had the pleasure of reading any of them yet. We are so happy that we found them and you will too!

Chip Skylark Would Approve. The staff was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience pleasant from start to finish. The cleaning was exceptionally thorough, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service—my shiny teeth and I are very happy!

Very bad customer services!! The hygienist called Bri or Brea is the worst hygienist I've ever encountered! She was rude, not professional at all and she kept rushing through my appointment. She started looking my X-ray, examine my teeth and start diagnosing right off the bat, which I believe it's illegal because only DDS or DMD can do examinations and diagnoses. She then started my cleaning right away! When I asked her multiple times if Dr. Daniel, who is the only doctor is the office and who is also the owner will come by and see me, examine my teeth and probe my teeth, she kept saying yes, later. But it never happened!! Dr. Daniel just stopped by for just 2 mins in the end. She kept rushing my cleaning. She didn’t care if I felt pain even I raised my hand and she said oh, it just some sensitivity! She just kept saying she has to see next pt and can't spend time with me and I have to come back, but she's carelessly just rushing. No polishing after. No probing from beginning to end! Actually the office has been much downhill for at least past few months. I have been with this office for many years. There are now too many pts under care by the office with only one doctor and a few untrained hygienists and staff. The staff at the front desk were not friendly as well. In summary, I saw and felt the changes of this office and Doc have turned from providing patient-centered care to money pursuing business. They have bad staff and they will to sacrifice quality patient care to merely increase number of patients seen. Very bad! Will not go back.

Disspointed, I recently moved to San Ramon and have been searching for a new dentist, and I decided to give a try on this clinic based on Google's reviews. I went in , and everthing went smoothly until the bills came in, first they asked my to pay around $200 out of package which they indicated it would cover two appointment's procedure. When I finished my second appointment, they asked me to pay another bill around $200. They indicated it was due to miss calculations based on the detal plan I have, then I received another bill from Dental indicating I need to pay different (less) amount to your dental provider. My take away is make sure you know how much you are paying before start anything there.

Our first visit to see Dr Daniel was amazing. Our whole family is now patients of Twin Creeks Dental and we are so happy to have found them! The entire team are so kind and thoughtful with wonderful communication. Dr Daniel is incredibly gentle and thorough and explains everything with great detail. Such a clean, modern and lovely practice as well!

Dr. Daniel was lovely. I have been looking for a good dentist for a number of years after the dentist that I LOVED retired, and I finally found him. He was gentle and took time to understand the problems I was having. Then he posed solutions that no one had ever suggested to me. I am delighted with him and his friendly and efficient staff.

I had my first Implant procedure done at Twin Creek Dental and I was so pleased with the work Dr Daniel done for me. Dr Daniel done the whole procedure in timely manner without any pain. During the procedure Dr Daniel kept me calm and kept the conversation on. The Assistants were so caring and helpful during the whole procedure. When I left Twin Creek Dental Office I felt so good with my Implant. I will highly recommend my friends to Twin Creek Dental for good Dental care.

Dr. Daniel and his team are AWSOME!! I broke my front tooth last night and called them this morning and they got me in at 11:30 and fixed my front tooth and ordered my tooth in porcelain to be made. I was so so happy I didn’t have to wait to get the temporary another day and they did it right away. So I’m smiling ear to ear with my new tooth 😁 Dr. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and Kind and gentle that when he even gave me a shot to numb my tooth I didn’t even feel it, which was awesome! The team is very kind. They were all very gracious. I love these guys.
