Pesimo servicio e acudido a varias citas y muchas muchas veces las citas estan mal, te dan una hoja con tu cita hora y fecha, pero al entrar sin mas te dicen que estas mal que tu cita es otro horario, no hay respeto en absoluto uno pide tiempo en el trabajo, deja pendientes, vas y sin una disculpa te regresan y no solo a mi es mes con mes ver que a otros les hacen lo mismo, espero no regresar

Due to Covid they are limiting only one parent per child(ren) appointment. To keep the numbers of people low, why not just limit the amount of people that go in period? Parents need to make medical decisions about their children together. This is an unnecessary rule. Everyone is masked up and we are nearing herd immunity thanks to vaccination. It should be safe for two parents to go in together into an appointment.
