This place is a disgrace to the medical field my wife has been waiting 2 months for Dr Trujillo to return her call and still no call from her it shouldn't take this long to get a call back from your Dr at this point I don't want this Dr to perform her surgery I will be contacting my lawyers for malpractice go somewhere more productive this place will watch you die slowly

most unprofessional staff i’ve ever dealt with. told the doctor my weight over the phone (it’s lower than normal) but he made rude and unprofessional remarks about it and can’t ever remember to get me referrals. no one answers the phone. doctors MISS your appointments. worst facility i’ve ever been in they do not care about you.

Worst pediatrician service ever, they do not care at all. Doctors, nurses and personal do not have an idea of customer service very unprofessional I am surprised that they exist

Went to do a Lab for my kid and the lady was supper mead and disrespectful to my child which suffer from phobia. Instead of de-escalate the situation she was making it worse. Horrible service in laboratories. They should hire young people with more patience, more energy and willing to help people specially with kids.

The reason I gave four stars for San ysidro health is because Dr Snyder was amazing the staff at San ysidro health are second to none they were very helpful they called and kept reminding me of my appointments to make sure I didn't forget because I do have a memory problem I'm very grateful for them to be in my life and they've been very good to me and that's why I gave him a four-star rating the paperwork was a little confusing and mixed up that's the only reason they didn't get five stars because of the service plan more detailed and correct but the service was awesome and I want to say thank you to all of them yes send to cedar hills Escondido.

Ridiculous. I waited a month for a check up and I have to wait another 2 months for blood work! Worst service ever.
