List of San Ysidro Health Youth Enhancement Services's Reviews
The reason I gave four stars for San ysidro health is because Dr Snyder was amazing the staff at San ysidro health are second to none they were very helpful they called and kept reminding me of my appointments to make sure I didn't forget because I do have a memory problem I'm very grateful for them to be in my life and they've been very good to me and that's why I gave him a four-star rating the paperwork was a little confusing and mixed up that's the only reason they didn't get five stars because of the service plan more detailed and correct but the service was awesome and I want to say thank you to all of them yes send to cedar hills Escondido.
this place is very unprofessional, i waited today for about two and a half hours waiting to get a simple vaccine. the girl in the counter told me that someone was bound to call me by the time my appointment was. nope, nada. after i asked her what was the hold up and why was i waiting for so long, she rudely told me "Oh i told you to wait in the other line" bruh, no you didn't. this place sucks and it was a waste driving up there. don't waste your time here unless it's your day off.
Best Doctors at this clinic are Dr. Asser, Dr. Indocochea, Dr. Lepez, Dr. Ross, Dr. Caposci and Dr. Rana. Its hard to see the same Doctor at every visit even if the Doctor is your PCP. This would be my list of Doctors with who I and my kids had a great experience. The wait time is very long however so bring your phone and connect to social media. LoL Dr. Ross is awesome!!!! Smart, funny and great bedside manner. Very through. Gives diet and lifestyle advice tailored to your condition and not just some doctor script. Speaks to my kids when they come with me to the visits and they just love him. He was not my Primary Doctor and works at all the clinics. That is the only negative. Stay away from Dr. palomino, I think thats her name. Does not answer questions and very shallow medical knowledge. I think the center is improving.
Just go to T.J. The doctors can't help you because SYHC blocks them from helping you, making doctors jump through hoops. The referral department makes many mistakes. Medical records are sometimes wrong because the computer system is messed up. There's no chair in each room for a reason, they are only allowed to see you for 5 min, 10 min tops. They have taught doctors how to tell patients why they don't need something. Sort of like a cult in the way they come up with defenses before a patient even says something. They train doctors how to change the minds of the patients, oh you don't need this or that, even blood tests for diabetes because the patient is not fat. That's not an educated answer but they don't expect the patients to be educated. They are understaffed and the CEO and the top managers are to blame. The doctors are new, which there's no problem with that but because they just graduated college the company thinks they can take advantage of that. Doctors need experience to get to better health care places and work. So they will stay for their own records but the administration tells them how to treat patients. The administration never meets the patients, the doctors do. STAY away , your better off literately going to T.J.
Excellent mental health service, people is very polite and profetional
They Suck! they call CPS on you since there so unprofessional they can't deal with real live situation there not trained to deal with day to day complications! Don't waste your money the insurance money take your business else where to real actual professionals! These people don't even have the credentials.
Staff for the most part are sympathetic to so many unresolved issues, impossible to get ahold of a doctor for weeks at a time, impossible for them to call back, so much miscommunications through out the department, no one can answer why messages were left, who called or why I called. No one will call you back or respond to the messages the staff leaves for the doctors or nurses, prescriptions aren't always sent in, I've tried to reach one doctor for over a month now with no success. I'm not sure why it is difficult. Appointments are hard to come by, no one there will ever get back to you, worst experience I have had with a doctors office. Lacking consistency.Would never recommend this property for anything other than wasting your effort trying to seek treatment.

My review is for the Senior Health Services in particular located at 3364 Beyer Boulevard. I have been a patient there of Dr. Jefferson Hendrix for a while now, and I wanted to say what an absolute pleasure it has been to be under his care. He is such a caring human being who puts his medical knowledge to full use in the care of his patients. I don't know how exceptional or out of the ordinary that actually is, but from my personal experience, I would say it's pretty special. I really feel blessed to have him as my physician. May he and the San Ysidro Health Senior Services remain long and prosper in our community. They really are a help to so many and in so many ways. Thank you!
doctors only spend 5 minutes withyou and dont listen to you

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
