ALOT OF TIMES IT'S HARD TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE.. BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE DR WALLS HIMSELF IS AN EXCELLENT DR. MY DAUGHTER IS NOW 7 ..DR WALLS HAS BEEN WITH US ALL THE WAY THROUGH, ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS HE TAKES CARE OF THEM DURING THE APPOINTMENT.

Me and my family love Dr. Walls we have been coming hear for over 23 years he has over seen all 6 of my children's care. I brought my youngest in at just 9 months old because she seemed to have a cold turned out she was in keto acidosis if it wasn't for him sending us straight to valley children's we would of lost her with just a few hours.

Always great but not able to get ahold of anyone in the office since covid outbreak

I took my daughter her and had multiple concerns about my daughter once he got in the room her just looked at her body gave me rash cream and told me to switch soaps but I had 3 other things I was worried about and he just walked out the room my baby had problems at birth and this dr was there so I went to him thinking he cared about my babys health but he didnt he cared about the next apt takes hours to get seen

The Dr. acted like a complete child upon entering the exam room. He moved my items in a rude manner as to no avice why. He scooted the chair to the middle of the exam room to turn off the light to check my babies pupils. He had a complete tantrum without making it seem as if he was upset. I do not recommend this Dr. at all to anyone ever! All because i spoke up about being in his office for 4 hours! He has no consideration for ppls time!

Dr. Walls is a decent doctor, though he does get grumpy when my kid with sensory issues doesn't want to cooperate, strip down and put on a paper gown to be examined. His office staff, however is the worst. I've had two children who needed referrals to other specialists/Children's Hospital, one who had a potentially life threatening condition and I had to badger them for weeks after waiting for a month to get the referral. I'm reporting them to the state medical board and HHS.

Dr. Walls is a good doctor but his office staff are pathetic. They are rude and have no pride in their work. Its horrible to try to make an appointment and getting them to answer your call is near impossible.

Dr walls is a good doctor. His front office help is all the problem. The women would rather gossip then answer phone calls or attend to patients in the waiting room. On serval occasions ive witnessed his front office staff ignore phone calls and patients till there non work conversation was over.

I don't have a problem with Dr. Walls he's a good doctor, but the office is terrible at answering calls to make appointments and often put you on hold and hang up on you. I'm disappointed because I like the dr but good luck with them actually answering your phone call.

Really a nice office and he is the best doctor. He has alot of patience and answers your questions that you have with lots of ease at mind regarding your baby. I would recommend him for being your babys doctor. Worth the wait.
