UPDATE: I received a phone call from the office stating that the provider there finally agreed to send in an Rx for the mask and spacer. I called the pharmacy, and they have nothing. Did the office lie to appease me? I'd like to think not, as I would expect a certain level of professionalism, but I'll never know. So, basically, I have an inhaler, which my child cannot use. What was the point of taking my child in? Complete waste of time! This place is a freaking joke!! If you need to go to an urgent care, go somewhere else. Trust me on this!! It's completely ridiculous that you are unable to reach the front desk staff. What other clinic does things this way? My toddler was seen on a Friday and the provider prescribed a medication that required a mask to be used with it, which wasn't prescribed. I call the 1-800 number, and the gal tells me that it's after hours, and they don't take any calls from patients after hours, to go in person. Wth? Well, lo and behold, the clinic closed at 1p that day. Come Saturday, I call-- same thing: they don't take calls, go in person. My husband goes in person, explains that the mask needs to be ordered, pharmacy just needs a verbal order from a provider, yada, yada. Their response: that provider isn't working today, we can't guarantee anything; we'll try our best. It's a freakin' mask, any provider can order it. My child needs his inhaler, give me a freakin' break! All in all, yeah, I don't recommend this place at all! The way the communication is set up needs lots of work.
Very Unprofessional. We showed up to our appointment right on time. Waited over an 1 1/2 just to be seen. The waiting room was PACKED. and their excuse was that the doctors were behind. the floor was dirty and although they enforced masks, countless people sitting down had theirs off.
Went to the urgent care today and had a great experience, from check in to leaving everyone one was great !! Special thanks to Katelyn nurse practitioner who stitched me up with great care and her assistant .
The older dentist appointed to me appeared insensitive and judgmental, and I felt that my insurance coverage dictated the quality of his work. After cleaning my teeth, he just walked away with the "saliva suction tube" still running in my mouth! After five minutes, the female dental assistant walked in and apologetically turned it off! I will definitely request a more competent dentist if I ever decide to return.
I went for ppd reading, I wait more than 2 hours for 2 minutes job. It was so frustrating.
Horrible service. I went there Monday 10-24-22 because I hurt my back and they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. It is now Wednesday evening 10-26-22 and they still haven't received my prescription. I call but no one can help. It makes me angry because I still have to pay them for the horrible service.
Had an office visit today. Podiatrist was okay, not much interaction. But the front office staff, specifically Maria(Receptionist) and Ashley(Manager) were not helpful at all. They were demeaning, judgmental, highly misinformed, and combative. If this is how you treat patients, especially those who are low income, on medi-cal or on your in-house program (sliding fee) you need to redefine your position in patient care. Todays ordeal was uncalled for and unprofessional. The response that I received today from those two individuals was alarming. They need to be re trained on how to approach someone with a conversation rather than assuming with their pre conceived agenda of one’s appearance or sensitive situation. This is not what United Health Centers stands for.
Why do people make appointments? We waited here for over an 2 hours before being seeing for a sports physical, When I asked how much longer the receptionist said they're waiting for a room to open. I would like to continue to rant on, but honestly people if you look at reviews, make sure you look before you go. I wish I would have seen the reviews. I would not still be here currently waiting.

My review was placed in the "not recommended" section, but transparency is so important today including my experience at UHC Sanger, 7th Street. I went to have my teeth cleaned by an older dentist (Wallace Colvin). Not only did he get water down my neck, his cleaning method was far inferior to professional cleanings I've had in the past. When he was through, he walked away with the "saliva suction hose" still pumping in my mouth! Thanks to the dental assistant who walked in five minutes later, she turned if off immediately. His attitude and incompetency is the worst I've ever experienced.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
