It's a very nice medical office , with excellent Doctors and their assistants, I have ever visited before. I could not find an accessible entrance for handicap people, I hope I will find it in 2 months as I will pick my second appointment there

This place was really crowded and made me feel agitated even though everyone had masks. The people waiting were rude ,and the wait was long. Was not impressed with the service AT ALL,would not recommend or return again.

Never again. I waited 2 hours to see get my eyes checked. And then when I we to pick up my lenses another wait. Needless to say I won't be coming back

Do not go here. Save yourself the drive and the time. My father has been waiting for 8 months for glasses. When we called today they said they were already released accidentally to someone else. Also they have a call center, they sometimes decide to close early like 3 hours early.The staff is not helpful and rude.They use a 3rd party and ship glasses from Sacramento which can take months. I pray for elderly people that do not have support and have to go through this process on their own.

Nice office. Check in and out were easy and expeditious. On time no waiting. Doctor and staff are very amicable. Doctor explained each step of eye exam. Definitely recommend this office

Dr. Boeckmann did a procedure called laser peripheral iridotomy for an eye of mine more than half a year ago at the Santa Ana office. The initial reason I went there was just to be able to pass a driver's license test. But Dr. Boeckmann found that I needed the laser procedure. I was very nervous at the time and didn't know how the result was after it was done. Recently another eye doctor told me that the laser procedure Dr. Boeckmann did for me was done very well and it saved my eye. Two holes were made on the upper side of the iris. I did some homework and learnt that the iridotomy procedure prevents what's called angle closure glaucoma which is a very serious and dangerous problem. I want to say thanks to Dr. Boeckmann and wish her the best!
