Patient services doesn't know what they're doing. They make appointments for you that you never made. The doctors are marginal and not trustable; no follow up on labs they order. AVOID AltaMed if you value your health!

I know there are a lot of bad reviews... but my experience was very good, probably the best dentist I've ever had works here. Dr. Vinh Le actually listened to me when I talked about my TMJ pains, and she taught me how to manage the pain during the visit, and let me take breaks as needed without me having to ask. She was the most considerate dentist I've ever had. If only I had her when I was a kid, I wouldn't have so much dread and anxiety about dentists now, and I'd have had better teeth too. The check-in process was easy and online, and when I got there, I just waited for 1 or 2 people ahead of me to check in. Iunno, it seemed pretty normal. The dental assistants are also very kind and patient, especially bc I ask so many questions. The ONLY hard part was the lack of parking at 11AM on a Tuesday, but the parking attendant was very nice and helped me parallel park/double park, and I handed him my keys, it was easy in the end. Man, honestly.. I've never had a dentist listen and care about my jaw pain before, and went so far as to teach me how to manage it. She's amazing.
