I'm not sure why this urgent care is open. It's faster to just go to the emergency room at a regular hospital. There are only a few workers here and you barely get any care. I'm left in the doctor's exam room for over 1 hour with no sign of anyone. I peak out in the hallway and try to call for someone and nobody hears me. At a regular emergency room although you are waiting for some time, at least there are people around to let you know what's going on. AltaMed will bill Medical for my visit unfortunately. Please don't go here if you need Urgent Care.

Scheduled an appointment, but why? Appointment at 1:40pm, get there and check in at 1:25. Wait half an hour past appointment time to be called back. Wait another hour and go looking for someone, says doctor will be with you in 5 minutes. Doctor spends 10 minutes with me. Asked if I wanted to get my tetanus shot, I said, "No, I don't want to wait another hour for a shot." Doctor walks out and slams door. I wait another 10 minutes for after care instructions. No one came back. Finally just walked out! This place has no sense of time and are rude!

Came in for a check up they were very punctual. Despite negative reviews, I believe they helped me professionally. My wife and her family have always visited this location for their regular check ups . Staff were polite and professional. They screen for Covid19. Would recommend.

WORST CLINIC EVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. WAITED 1 HR 30 MIN AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER EVEN SEEING ME.

Grossly mismanaged! Careless and down right dangerous with their covid care of patients including allowing covid patients to sit in the common waiting area as other patients including children! I could go on and on but I will be filing a formal complaint!

Amazing staff always makes me feel welcomed and cared for when I am feeling sick and the doctors are nice too love this clinic

I am currently pregnant and the doctors office I was at before was terrible and poked me about 5 times just to tell me they couldn’t take my blood while at this doctors office Mr. Marvin got it on the first try. ALSO if you come here and end up with Lupe you are WINNING! She’s amazing!
