Altamed Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

I made an appointment before reading the reviews and felt hesitant coming in. Fortunately my wait time was not what these other reviewers experienced. After checking in I was called in after 15 minutes. I scheduled my pre op with doctor Patrick Geisemann and he couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. He thoroughly explained the results of my bloodwork and encouraged what I needed to do to better myself. There was a small issue with faxing over paperwork but was corrected immediately

This office is extraordinarily helpful and willing to work with you to get the results you need.The physicians are also very friendly and capable of giving the best care for their patients.The nurses and support personnel are equally courteous and accomodatingI've worked for companies with full benefits and have seen many high established physician's offices in Beverly Hills and various other high end establishments. I find every one of the staff here is just as if not exceedingly more courteous and helpful as any of the other offices I used to visit.This office is also very clean and safe.I wish I could give them more stars!

Staff is friendly but if u show up without an appointment expect long hours of wait time to get seen

I've been coming here for about 3 years.  The doctors and staff are friendly, helpful and nice!  I'm treated like royalty!

Brought my daughter to see a doctor, the receptions quickly set up an appointment, we returned two hours later for my daughter's appointment they promptly called her in, we were out in with in 30 minutes. Great customer service.

If you are looking for good quality medical office and professional doctors, you should visit this office 2720 s Bristol st. I have been to other AltaMed offices and I can tell the difference, this is the best clinic Orange County. I was very pleased with all the staff, every one is always so polite and staff is always smiling, specially Sara MA. All of the staff is very professional and is great at what they do.  I asked the staff who the Medical Director is because I know having great staff means having a great leader then I found it was Dr. Galdamez.I requested to select Dr. Galdamez as my PCP and I was not disappointed. He is very professional and always takes great care of me. GREAT clinic, Great people. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have to be honest, I don't go to the doctor's office that often, but I am glad I came across this clinic.  What made this visit a positive experience was that my doctor actually took the time to explain to me in understandable terms what my results were.  He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me as he went through all of the different categories and what the numbers mean.  My other doctors in the past would just walk in and give me a prescription without much explanation.  Thanks to Dr. Ngyen, I will continue to come back to this office!

I took in my mom today for a check up because she was having neck pain and headaches. Dr. Jorge Galdamez MD is her PCP this was my first time meeting him and he is such a wonderful doctor. We had a great experience with him, my mom has been his patient for quite some time now and she is very happy with him. I definitely recommend him... 5 stars because of how great he was with my mom today.
